As far as fast food companies being ethical? Give me a break, of course they arent but 90% of the major corporations in this country arent.
Eat all the fast food you want but dont complain to me when your 40 and you cant get your dick up.
I’m 40-fucking-3 and had sex twice in the last hour.

You had sex twice in the last hour while on the internet chatting on a forum? Hmmm…your hand doesnt count…BTW chill out if you dont think BK is unethical then fine, that is your opnion your wrong but whatever.
Proof that excessive amounts of saturated and trans fat cause impotance? Just read any medical literature, they clog and break down the arteries causing blockages. The arteries in your peripheral limbs are smallest and thus get blocked first.

Clearly you are blind. I said in moderation. You made it sound like I’m telling everyone to shove fast food down on EVERY MEAL. How in the hell did you get that out of “fast food should be reserved in moderate amounts”?
Yes you said moderate amounts but when you give 5 ways to get big and one of them is eat fast food you are certainly placing some emphasis on fast food intentional or not.
I know what your intention was, dont be afraid to eat a bit of fast food, dont eat like a bird of a calorie counting freak. I agree I m just trying to clarify for those who may read this and think four of five times a week is ok, it isnt once a week is probably ok.
Boston, as far as ethics goes, I could care less if they even strangled the cows with their bare hands or tazed them to death or did a Mortal Kombat fatality on them. As long as I get the fuckin beef, I’m happy.

Thats fine if you dont care I m just stating the facts.

oh yeah, I had sex twice in the last 3 mins, oh wait…
Yeah, he had sex twice, but the partner: who knows what did get on that tiny amount of time…
Your English is too poor, and your wit is too dim to play with me. You should go back to worrying about your skinny-assed arms, and pick another battle on another day.

Stop talking about excessive amounts of saturated fat. You’re going to add more fuel to the fire of people thinking I’m advocating shitloads of fast food.

is it worth ot to fight with a guy that beleives everything he reads
me personaly I dont read and I wouldnt mind a tripple whopper minus bun and sauces every now and then for an ok meal .
besides I am just guessing here but I think that the people with the clogged arteries and the obesity from fast food are people that do not move around much
you can eat god damned lean cusines all day and if you dont move around your gonna get fat.

Hell even the buns would be okay. The people who disagree with 3 are skinny guys who don’t have enough intensity in the gym to keep fat away.

Cite your sources. Short of that, you are full of shit. You do not want to get into a beef industry argument with me. If you think you have the balls for it - start another fucking thread, and get your business/ethics bullshit out of this one.

Dude the other guys offered a fucking book as a citation and you didnt accept it. Whatever I say you ll just say thats not good enough. For someone whos nutted twice in the last two hours you sure are amped up. Geez

Why is it that everyone who disagrees with my points are the SMALLEST ON THE FORUM?
no one is really disagreeing with your points, just curious why there was a need for a fast food point?
Fast food is an easily accessible item that will add to your caloric and protein intake, thus you don’t have to force feed to meet the demands of a 3,500-5,000 calorie diet.
I wish you would read what I write: Fast food should be reserved in moderate amounts and can help you get more calories in you WITHOUT force feeding.

Your reasoning is a little off, I weigh less then you so therefore I know less than you do about gaining weight. Logical fallacy.
How is that a logical fallacy? You have not stated a single reason even remotely related to gaining weight. Your bullshit has consisted of how BK treats their labor, and their cattle.
You have no experience in adding substantial mass. Why should you be taken seriously by someone who has weighed almost 250? Tell me what advice you have that someone in my position should listen to?
Please - I REALLY want to know what you have to say. You must be a fucking expert.
Also, you don’t risk cutting yourself short of calories if you eat fast food. No matter what your calculators and shit say, it’s still all theory. You really don’t know how many calories you may need.

I’ll be sure to start believing more books, since every book in the world contains the fucking truth.

wow i edited my post and you guys are allo over this thread.
anyways heres case in point my mothers uncle he is now 60 something pushing 70
truck mechanic and farm hand his entire life
man is 6’4" and about 260 yes he has a belly but not much he isnt in body building shape but he has very large arms and is strong as an ox.
the man still does pull ups as though he was in the navy which he was in the 60s.
his diet is kind of like this.
eggs bacon milk and tortillas and beans.
then he has whatever he can get his hands on if its BK its BK whatever
dinner is meat and potatoes and lots of it
how much he eats is based on how much work he has to do or has done that day
point is this
diet is important yes but its mainly how you work
if you sit around yes your fast food will kill you
if you are outside busting your ass all day 15-16 hours a day dont mater if its in the feilds or in the gym that burger is your best friend.
optimal maybe not but still why does everyone have to be so damned picky most the time.
RJ, I’m sure this is obvious. But there is a difference between the meat packing industry (which I know you have vast knowledge of, so I won’t dispute you there) and the fast food industry. Though they are tightly linked in many ways.
I’m just wondering when credit will be given where credit is due.
What is the cut-off for someone to be taken seriously around here (since it always comes down the weight gain aspect).
RJ- you stated 50 lbs.
I’m up 59, 22 in the last few months (so I’ll go with 22 as a base #.
At what point will I get a free pass like the big guys around here? Seriously, not a smartass remark, that way I can be sure that I can pull the (well I gained X amount of weight) card

A book means dick. Cite a quote, or a link.
You sound like a lazy little fuck.
You’ll take a quote over an actual book? wow, lol, just wow!
You do realize books are full of quotes, and full of references (at least the research based ones)

When you’re 200+lbs. Also, enough of the fast food industry BS. I don’t want politics in my thread.
