I have a pair of excellent condition, Risto Sports Olympic weightlifting shoes. They still have the new shoe smell. They’re men’s size 12 (US). I’d like 70 dollars for them (they cost 120 new) and I’ll ship them for free (in the continental US). The shoes come with a carrying bag. Paypal or money order only please.
I bought these to experiment with my squat, but I actually prefer to squat with my converse. Figured I’d throw these up for sale on here since I never use these shoes and they’ve just been collecting dust (figuratively, not literally).

I don’t know for sure but if I had to guess, I’d say 1-1.25 inches.
Here is a quote off the review, which I find to be pretty accurate:
"The heel is proportional, with heel height being higher on larger shoes and lower on smaller shoes. The effective height of a size 9 (Risto size 40) Menâ??s shoe is around 0.9â?³ "
In my experience, Converse are always cut much larger than the actual size. For instance, I wear a good 11 in converse- 12 are like clown shoes. Size 12 Nike Free fit good.
