For JB: Recipee for massive eating

I will be doing the massive eating starting on Monday.

What kind of recipee did you guys use for the high carb/protein (very low fat diet)? I am bored with boiled chicken breast. Since school is almost over, i will have more time to cook.
Any variations especially on chicken breast? or tuna ?
Oh, i never take any red meat or fish at all since i thought there are too many fat in them and i don’t know good recipees for it. All recipees i found always need some fat to cook with.
Will i be susceptible to iron defficiency if i don’t take red meat at all?

I don’t have any problem with the high protein/fat meals since i always take an MRP with flax seed.

Another question: can anyone suggest what to eat before workout if i woke up at 7.30 and workout at 10.00?

This is what i actually will be doing tomorrow:

I will take 2 MD6 at 7.30. These are what i am going to take at 8.00: 3 apple, 2 banana, 1 small sunny D (juice) and 1 small yoghurt with 45 g protein ( advanced protein).
All of this add up to almost 25% of my caloric intake.

(According to massive eating: 3200 cals, but i will start lower at 2900 cals since i never eat that much. The reason i eat a lot in the morning is i don’t want to have too big carbs accumulating in the afternoon or night time since i heard that your metabolism slows down and you are more susceptible to store fat.)

The post workout is 30% and divided into 2. Right after workout(11.30 am) is MRP, then 1 and half hour later, a meal with macaroni, tuna and chicken.

The next meal is 13% of total caloric intake (15.30). This is another high carb and protein meal. 60% is carb and 40% is protein. Another 2 MD6 at 17.30 (Not sure if this is a good idea)

At 18.30 i have high protein/fat meal at 12% total intake. (MRP and flax)

At 21.00 i have another high carb/protein meal with 10% total intake and comprises of oat and MRP.

At bedtime i take 1 serving of Grow.

I also take Tribex, Methoxy, ZMA but i don’t think i have any problems with them.

Thank’s for the help.

Also,

Is it good to directly stop MD6 right away since i learned that caffeine withdrawal can cause chronic headache?

Another thing,

I keep the 2900 cals during the nonworkout but all meals are 60%carbs and 40% protein mostly. So, my protein is almost 311 g protein.
Is this bad? I am 5’6 140 lbs 33" waist.
