ok so i was bored last night, and decided to read the gang o babes columns (plus im working on a little something so i figured i might as well freshen my “pimpin skilz”.) anyway, i think it was MICHELLE who said that you didnt like guys who shave their body. well i shave everything from my neck down, and every girl ive been with has loved it. my ex-gf even said that she now finds bodyhair gross. given that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but it seems the majority of girls like a smooth t-man. basically i just want some clarification on my “hypothesis.”
I would never base my behaviour on other people’s opinion.

Maybe the girls you hang out with are closest lesbians and are imagining that you are a female when you are sleeping with them. The only other explanation would be they prefer teenage boys to men.
Hairy shoulders and backs are gross. A little chest hair is fine. Guys who shave their armpits,chests, arms, and legs definitely look gay.
Yeah, most women I know think a man shaving his legs and chest is too feminine.
see, i understand where all of you are coming from, but all the girls i have been with/am friends with are high school age/college age (same as me) and not to many guys i know do it. plus, you gotta be able to pull it off. ill admit, that runners who shave their legs look pretty gay, but if there is actually muscle there, i think it helps show it better and looks pretty decent. plus, my ex-gf loved to LICK me all over after i shaved my body, but before, i’d be lucky if she’d sneeze on me
If I had a choice, I’d rather be an 800lb gorilla (even with a 2" weenie I’d still have no trouble getting laid

No, I don’t like guys who shave their bodies. I’ve dated a man who was a walking pelt and an almost completely hairless man. I can’t tell you who I liked better. I CAN assure you that the last thing I ever want to do is cuddle up to a guy covered with stubble!
My ex was built like a truck, and with almost no body hair I could see every chiselled inch. mmmmm *grin* However, snuggling into chest hair also has its merets!!!
The simple fact of the matter is, I'm a 'natural' girl. I hate shaving/waxing/etc. I have had laser hair removal and wax and shave to please my partner, not myself. It's not all that big of a deal to me, but if it was my choice I would never see a rasor or a wax strip again.
If you are happy shaving everything, cool. If your girlfriends like it that's good too, have a blast! *grin*

no, not boredom. i read it b/c i wanted to for a while, but havent had a chance. finally i got some free time so i was able to read it. very enjoyable article.
as for the shaving, i have had some good luck with it, and, without being to conceded, i feel i have the body to pull it off without looking gay, so i figure what the hell. plus, most girls my age like trying something new!
I shave my legs and arms and chest(occasionnally) and all ive ever gotten was compliments. My best body part is my legs so that may be why i get those types of compliments. the girl im talking to now(who just happens to be the most beautiful girl ive ever seen) told one of my friends that my legs looked good.
Everyone I am good friends with JC. I have seen first hand what this shaved guy looks like. Some girls dig it others maybe not. But hey if you have ever me this kid you will know that whether he shaves his body or not, only underaged amatuer strippers looking extra cash to feed their hunger for designer clothes to mask their hideous bodies will take any interest in this character. He just likes to shave his body and jump in to his silk sheets and slide off the bed(like a slip and slide contest and he is the only one playing).

That was harsh Grizza… lol. In any case, I hate the idea of shaving anything but my face, and I never plan to do so. To me it seems a bit gayish regardless of what it “shows off.” The only excuses I see for shaving are sport related excuses, ie, if you are going to a swim meet, or bodybuilding competition, etc. I feel like as a man I am SUPPOSED to have body hair, heck I take pride in it. I just dont understand why men feel the need to shave stuff, even down to their nuts! Insanity!
Most people think shaving everything is pretty gay, but I would say that trimming and only shaving certain areas is acceptable. For instance, when summer time rolls around and I want to wear a shirt that will be tight around my arms, nothing looks better than a nice chisled arm w/o the friggin hair. Also, I started shaving my underarms when these guys I was living w/in Spain insisted that I did it b/c they did it, and ya know what? It actually helps to minimize the body odor in that region. Now when it comes to shaving the legs, I would say that this is where you take hair clippers and use a #1 or even no guard and go to work, unless you have a BB competiton you’ll look GAY(and not to mention the goddamn ingrown hairs that come in later on, man that sucks…I don’t know how you ladies can do that on a regular basis!). And about shaving around your junk…all I can say to that is you are a pedophile, because looking down at your package and seeing no hair down there is just WRONG.

as a hairy man I only wind up with women who like my hairyness. I’m not going to shave or have it removed to please anyone. I wouldn’t respect myself if I did. Besides, the hairless trend will fade out eventually and hairyness will be trendy again, as when Tom Selleck was the hairy chested pinup in the '80s. Maybe I’m jealous of the hairless guys, but I think the no hair trend is just part of the continuing feminization of men…
JC and Grizza I read your posts with amusement. Quick question. Do you two shave together? Do you have matching towels? You two seem very cute together.
Just to end this thread, men should not shave anything but their face. However, men should have hair on their back removed. Everytime I think of hair on the back I think of the old Milwaukee Bucks. They had guys whose uniforms would be lifted off their back by their back hair. I need to go and honk now.
For your info my good friend, we do not live together. We are former roommates from prep school and best of friends. JC is now a body builder and former hockey player and I am a college hockey player with some national championships under my belt. I hope you were just kidding around because if push came to shove I’m sure that either of us would put you in a hurt locker for refering to us as anything that resembled gay. And just for discussion sake those strippers that JC and I are referring to, who happened to be 18 year old abercrombie models, got railed the next night after we met them, so any homosexual references from now on may be directed toward the LightandFluffy camp(who I am sure had some homosexual tendencies).

Grizza isnt lying. Couple of 18 year olds literally days out of graduation. Given they were stuck up, and probably wouldnt qualify to be T-vixens, these girls were so jawdropping grizza had to push my mouth closed like 4 times during the date (the abercrombie model thing is the truth…they must have told us 5 times and showed us pics!!!) the reason i asked the original question about shaving is the fact that they were infatuated with my shaved arms…and later that night my legs!
