For All You AI Preachers

This is incredibly helpful. Thank you @dialintrt

just to touch on a few things.

I am keeping a quick “journal” using a memo app every day. i give around 10 subjective categories a numerical value (1-10) so that i can track them real time rather than try to look back and think “how was my sex drive in feb?” … its stuff like how i slept the night before… how high is my libido … motivation … general optimism/outlook … those type things. My sleep has always been garbage all the way back to high school … i am looking back and trying to connect all the dots and maybe back that far i had hormone issues and wasnt aware

Both my test and e are well below range. test was 122 and E was 3.2 about 3 weeks ago

I do appreciate your explanation of how all the various metrics work and interact. I am not number chasing but i do want to make sure i am on the right trajectory.

"feeling chronic fatigue, loss of desire of life, possibly suicidal thoughts, penis and genitals that feel like they are invisible to you and don’t work at all you just might have crashed E2. "

I have that feeling now …

“> I feel pretty normal, maybe a slight hint of tiredness (might just be lack of getting a good 7-9 hours of sleep), not having a raging sexual desire but noticing that when you see a hot woman or smell her you get erected nicely, or a good strong erection from cuddling up against your woman”

the only time i can recall this happening is about ten years ago when i took an OTC “test booster” that i later found out was a PH with superdrol. I have never had a sex drive like that in my life and i never get spontaneous erections like you describe. i dont think that even happened in puberty. When i took superdrol PH i would get the spontaneous erections like you describe. that in itself made me so much more locked in when speaking with a girl. anyway - i have a lean athletic body type but have always been a “hard gainer” and have trouble putting on weight, so i have been told that maybe i have hypogonadism my whole life but am now just realizing it

Here are my labs. Any feedback appreciated

@unreal24278 care to elaborate?

@unreal24278 just fyi - i have a pre-med undergrad background but honestly, i am blown away at how complex the hormone situation within the body really is, and also how important the thyroid is in the whole scheme of things.

in doing some homework on E and T, i have gone down the internet rabbit hole quite a few times and seeing that my E was so low, i got very curious as to why and what that meant. I am rambling, but i read a lot of articles on new mothers and how their hormones are all over the place and most have a mass hair shed during this turmoil. Well around the same time i had my labs drawn i noticed i had a few crazy hairs near my temples and widows peak - they were super white and very coarse / thick. they looked very odd compared to my normal brown fine hair. Maybe this was an effect of my E being out of wack? it was only 3 or 4 hairs but i figured thats worth mentioning (if anyone has feedback).

Low e2 messes with bone density.

Estrogen regulates bone forming and resorbing osteoclasts and is thus pivotal for optimum BMD. lack of E (and androgen production) can lead to early onset osteoporosis

Hormones are fascinating business.

Interesting that you should mention those white hairs. I also struggled with Low E. Lower than yours actually. My first bloodwork revealed <2. I had an odd white hair right in the middle of my forehead. Had it for a long time. It was so white and so fine it was hard to see sometimes. I would periodically pluck it out because it bothered me.

thats interesting - you think its E related?

i didnt have any before. and i dont care about going grey - i just want to keep my hair as long as possible… but the odd thing was the texture. my hair is kind of fine - always has been - and the one that popped up in the middle like yours as well as the one i first found on my temple was thick - like heavy gauge fishing line. strange right?

@alldayeveryday

Not sure if its e or what. Strangely coincidental for sure. Since trt I’ve never seen it again.

I don’t even have grey hair. I have white hairs haha.

Hey guys quick question, can I use Raloxifene(and what dose?) for TRT/Cycle instead tamoxifen? I recenly drop the AI all over and felt 100 times better but im planning to blast and scaring to gets gyno (i had surgery year ago). Thanks much!

I thought when you had the surgery the glands are permanently removed and gyno cant happen again. Have I been misinformed?

@mhmtali @alldayeveryday you can absolutely get it again as it’s almost impossible to remove all the glands totally. I’ve seen it probably 100x

Just use tamoxifen.

Can you run tamoxifen only with a dbol kickstart?

@alldayeveryday absolutely.

whats your sweet spot? where do you feel your best and where is your libido strongest?

What in the heck is AI? I can’t figure it out for the life of me. And what the heck is it used for?
