For All The T-Men Stuck In High School

This goes out to all of us T-Men (and T-Women) who now have to eat at school. What do most of you eat at school? Find any interesting ideas for takin high protein meals to school? Find any tricks for eating tuna and getting away with the harsh smell after? I found it usefull to throw a small cooler in the bottom of my locker with some ice. I kept a protein shake in there to sip on between class’s.

When you’re in class, you can hide a protein bar in your jacket or shirt sleeve, with a little of it sticking under your hand. Then, whenever you need to scratch your nose (wink wink), take a bite out of your bar. Carrying a cooler in your locker is a good idea. Back in my day, I used to have containers of metabolol 2 along with lots of dixie cups and a few bottles of water. Oh, and some plastic spoons to mix the stuff with. As far as tuna breath goes, carry some altoids with you, or a bottle of scope. If you’re really obsessive about your breath like me, take a spoon and scrape your entire tongue.

I eat two to three protein bars a day. I pack a lunch which consists of two cans of tuna and two pieces of fruit. My metabolism is as high as humanly possible and that keeps my stomach from growling during a lecture on Shakespeare. Once I get home I dig into a real meal like potatoes and chicken breasts.

When in high school I got a note from a nutritionist (who was also a bodybuilder) that said I needed to eat every 3 hours; I gave it to my teachers, and they let me eat in class. If that doesn’t work, take pre-mixed MRP’s and chug them between classes.

you can just make stuff before school and take it or make extra meat from dinner the night before. i would make burgers, chicken, and steak on the foreman grill and wrap them in foil. eat that in between classes in the morning. then have a sandwhich and fruit like you said for lunch. just eat right before and after school and you have 4 meals down by around 4 in the afternoon. can’t go wrong with that.

i just eat like 5 or 6 HUGE meals of just shy of 1000 calories each (massiving eating style)…during lunch i will either have the school’s grilled chicken sandwich with 2-4 skims and some fruit (about 700 calories for less then 3 bucks) or go out to McDonalds and get two plain grilled chickens (600 cal for like 6 bucks)…i also still have to buy a box of protein bars for between classes, i think i will go with teh old school Met-rx (not ideal but fit massive eating and i’m 16 so sugar won’t relaly kill me)
