i am on the tdawg diet and lately, i have been getting hungry before my workout. i want to eat something about 90 minutes prior to lifting, but im not sure what i can eat. ive tried peanuts and some other things, but nothing satisfies my hunger. to anybody who has CKD dieting experience, what did your pre-workout meal consist of?? i guess im looking for a solid, pre-workout meal with moderately low carbs (i am taking ribose-c too) that wont give me that heavy/bloated feeling in the gym. any suggestions?? thanks
Try 1 or 2 tablespoons of MCT oil. Also you could try some power drive or MD6 for the enhance neural arousal that would probably help keep your appetite under control
