Have you ever tried golden oreos? I give you mad props for only eating two cookies…my parents live next door to me and thats what they keep in the cookie jar. I can easily eat 12 before anyone even knows it :(
They were actually the two faced ones, or whatever they’re called (one choc cookie, one golden). Never had the regular golden ones though.
The oreos were at work and I had to have a couple. I have a major sweet tooth and I try not to keep that stuff around the house.
Food at work kills me…and I hear ya on not keeping stuff at the house. I can’t manage sweets or peanut butter like a normal person.
Oh yeah, I’m the same way with sweets and peanut butter.
And FREE food? Forget it! I MUST HAVE IT. Even if I’m not hungry I think its some sort of weird immigrant thing that’s ingrained in my DNA.
And FTR OMO, I have the OLDEST phone in the world! Its hilarious. It also makes sending on the fly nakies impossible - for better or worse…
OH! And when you come to NYC, we’ll just make a rule that we can indulge in anything and everything! It’ll be my epic “cheat meal” weekend

I can’t wait! There is one place that I HAVE to revisit though…momofuku. Those steamed pork buns and ramen are to die for! And I’m leaving the rest of the meals/drinks/snack places up to you…so you better do right by my inner fat girl. Oh wait the inner fat girl has already slipped out

Ha ha, I do the same thing and also have always blamed it on a weird immigrant thing.
Oh there’s free pop at the meeting?
I don’t even drink pop, and will still grab one to take home. You know, just in case.
What?
Oh and about the Nutella. I keep it in a cabinet that I have to get on a stool to reach. So, I’ll climb, measure out one spoon, climb to put it back, then eat my one spoon full. If the jar is easily accessible when I’m eating it, I’m a goner.
1130am-1230pm
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup homemade tomato soup
1 cup popcorn
4 cups kale chips, OH MY STARS GOOD!!!
( garlic salt, 2 tsps pesto…marry it all together…goes in the oven @ 225 for about 30 min…my oven sucks though)
And I’m making a BIG pot of soup that I will probably just eat the rest of the day…plus the other half of my greek yogurt and maybe another cup of popcorn.

Scale shows it too oh well. I will track here during my deload week for sure for accountability love it Peaches!
Single serving PB also available at whole foods. No single serving nutella and no I CANNOT BE trusted with a jar of nutella.
Hallowed’s abnoxious eggwhite monstrosity (this one is all about MAXIMIZING VOLUME))
7-10 egg whites whipped into stiff meringue
add choice of seasoning (splenda cinnamon cocoa etcc for sweet/parm herbs season salt etc for savory) mix a bit more
spread in preheated pan well sprayed with PAM (low to med/low heat)
cook until one side golden brown spray upside with pam and flip
8 eggwhites is 125 cals 25g protein
You can add scoop protein powder or fast cook oatmeal to add protein/carbs/cals to the macros
This can also be baked in mini muffin tins or made smaller and thinner like a crepe and used as a wrap
BEHOLD THE ENORMOSITY!
so much volume for 125 CALS!
THIS IS ON A REGULAR SIZE DINNER PLATE
but how do you make chips out of it? i iz confused :)
Do you just tear it up into pieces? Is it crispy? I need answers MiM!! :)
lol…yep, tear into bite sized pieces. Don’t overcrowd cooking sheet! Sprinkle with your choice of seasoning…and drizzle a little oil…fluff it all over together and voila!
Cook it slower at a lower temp so it doesn’t burn(I did that the first time)
Yes, they come out CRISP. Like chips!
Chips can also be made from green beans. They are hideous and weird tasting but oddly addictive… and, theyre vegetables so deep into a diet they are amazing.
OMO - I have a very basic mobile too - it does phone calls and texts, that’s it. And it’s turned off almost all the time (only time I have it on is if I’m off to meet someone and they might need to get in touch, or I might need to tell them I’m delayed or whatnot). I spend enough time at a PC that I don’t feel the need to have internet, games and gadgets in my pocket!
Anyway, today’s diet will probably horrify some of you. Work day - no training.
6am Glutamine with a fizzy vit C tablet. Two mugs of tea, skimmed milk.
8.30am 2 scoops whey, black coffee
11pm Black coffee
1pm 2 scoops whey, black coffee. 2g fish oils, kelp tablet, vit D
3pm 2 scoops whey, black coffee
6pm Lentil and toulouse sausage soup (250 cals), 1 can tuna with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Evening: 3-4 mugs tea, skimmed milk (I’ve had three, contemplating a fourth)
Before bed: 2 ZMAs
I obviously eat a lot more than that on Sat - Tue when I’m not working and have time to cook. The whey is portable hence I take it to school (I won’t eat the school dinners - they’re 90% carbs and full of wheat. Poor kids).
Hallowed - I might steal that egg white monster from you. I used to make an egg white/oat concoction which I’d cook in a pan until firm but I avoid oats (and most grains) these days as I find they’re a binge trigger.

I’d rather munch on raw green beans but the kale chips sound interesting because they’re thin and crispy…I’m gonna have to try those!
I had a wendy’s apple pecan chicken salad minus the bleu cheese for lunch…can you tell there’s a wendy’s right around the corner from me given my meals in the last 24 hours?

I was thinking that was a lot of Black Coffee!
What about adding salsa to your egg monster? I have been in love with Trader Joes regular salsa for years. Sounds gross but it is good with eggs. A little goes a long way too so it isn’t like the cals/carbs/sugars put you off that much… if at all.
