Food Poisoning 3 Days Out!

Im three days out from my show and i had to miss my last day of training and cardio. should i lower calories and just ride it through with alot of rest and water (till dehydration)or try to do alittle low intesity cardio in the morning?

I wouldn’t think your cardio on the lsat day, and training would matter much. At that point if you’re going to win, you’re going to win. If you’re fat still, nothing magical was going to happen in the last three days. What I’d be more worried about is it messing with your water cutting/peaking regiment.
