I recall seeing something about this before, but couldn’t find it on a search.
Anyone have any recommendations for food log software? Preferably something free and online because I’m cheap.
And if it’s not too much to ask, the abiliy to add foods/meals for future use would b great.

The easiest way I have found, is to make my own using excel. Just a basic daily spreadsheet log. Nothing fancy, just a basic log so I can track what I doing.
I have tried online logs, but they seem too complicated.
I also use nutritiondata.com for nutritional breakdown.
