Does anyone know of a good food journal for the PC (computer) that i can use to keep track of how many cals, protein, carbs etc…/day i am getting?
There’s one that I use for free on the internet.
Become a member there, and there’s link for food across the top. Click on the FOOD link.
There you can entre what foods you’ve been eating from a large database, or add your own, and it will tell you the cals, carbs, proteins, fats etc.

free, online, huge database of foods, if you really want a PC-based program, I believe they have a “deluxe” version you can buy for $20 or something.
