I want to start a thread for recipes for things to get huge on.
These things need to taste good and go down easy and have lots of shit to make muscles with. The hardest part of bulking is forcing food down.
Breakfast shake
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 scoops unflavored whey
16oz whole milk
2 tablespoons milled flax
cinnamon for flavor.
Total Calories: 790cals
Total protein: 40grams
Great for people in a rush. Mix up the night before drink on the go.
Egg drop ramen.
Beef ramen,
add some frozen spinich and broccoli in it.
Cook to boil.
Drop two blended eggs into it.
stir until boil is achived again.
Total Calories: 520
Total Protein: 22
Bonus is that is incredibly cheap to make. costing something like 50 cents total.

Even though Ramen’s pretty shitty, this could seriously become a staple for college kids everywhere.
I’m fairly serious about that.
I also started adding natty peanut/cashew/almond butter to all of my protein shakes lately. I usually go through two jars a week.
It’s something like 6000 extra calories a week. It’s also very tasty.

get 3 sausages, skin them and brown the mince in the pan, then crack 3 eggs into them and make as an omelette, finally add cheese to the top.
Protein all depends on the sausages, but its alot!
add whole meal bread if you need some additional carbs.

Stick it in a blender and voila, just tastes like vanilla-ish PB!
About 850cals, 50g protein, less than 10g carbs and almost 70g of healthy fats
