5-13-14 Lower accessory day. I added this day since I am only Squatting and DLing on Saturday with light to medium Strongman implement training. Doing.implements is something I have done for years in the nice whether months. So I feel adding a quick Front squat, ham and Low back day would build on my.weak points.
