Well here it is, i am starting my nutritional and weight lifting training log. I will let you know I am a division 2 linebacker; 1st Team All-Region and All-Conference selections 2 years in a row and I am going to share my training log with you.

I have been lifting already and this is the last day of my 6 day cycle, running will pick up after I get back from vacation over this weekend. Feel free to follow the same workout and compare your results. Looking forward to seeing your feedback.
Days 1-3 are rough, while days 4-6 take a little less toll on the body. Reps will change after 15 days (Days 1-6 twice and then days 1-3; then start new reps)
I will fill in weights after my workout.

-Pullups 10xAM (1 min rest) 6 xAM (as many)
-Split Jumps w/DB 10x8 15 x6
-Calves x10 x10 x10 x10
