Focus on the Essential

Kimba - thank you

N8tive - you outdip me by eons. If anything PW reminds us that we all have our strengths and weaknesses.

Deb - Glad you like the pictures

I have not forgotten Maschy’s furry request nor Bear’s gore but unfortunately my black screen has not been delivered yet. damn. I’m calling them this week and making sure they do so. I’ll try the more creative ideas this weekend once I get my black background which I beleive will be more appropriate for these.

Try to have a nice Monday

I don’t think I’ve ever wanted the weekend to come so fast.

You’re a class act N.

I love that you take requests lol

Simply breathtaking Frenchie

Yeah…That was super hot! and you are doing great with your training! woman of many talents!

Thanks for dropping by everyone. I don’t have the balls to poste these in my facebook so these pics are tnation exclusives.

Alpha: many talents perhaps, but I also make time to work on my talents. Finding the time to perfect a skill whether cooking, lifting or art is always important. Honestly I’m mostly a loner. My job is very “social” so when I have free time I love just being on my own and creating. Plus I don’t watch much TV. tnation is my “brain off” moment.

Tonight’s brand of craziness:

dips
+10lbs 1x8
+25lbs 2x4
+10lbs 1x7
bodyweight 1x8

Squats
95lbs 1x5
115lbs 1x5 with belt at this point
135lbs 1x4
155lbs 1x2 - rep PR +1
175lbs 2x2 - rep PR +1
135lbs 1x5

I was really focusing on getting all my lifts at legit depth and not folding.

Rackpulls hitting just above the knee 4th peg from bottom.- using my belt
185lbs 1x8
205lbs 1x5
225lbs 1x4
275lbs 1x3 - felt strong on these my grip gave away before my back
295lbs 1x2 - Rep PR + 1
315lbs 1x1
335lbs 1x1 PR + 20lbs. nice.
365 -nill. hit a wall on the heavy lifting.
275lbs 1x2
225lbs 1x8

wide grip cable pulldown
95lbs 4x5 - getting stronger on these. My back kept stretching and the joints kept “cracking”. I need to ask the husband for a good stretch and crackling sometime soon.

facepulls
25lbs 1x12 - too easy
35lbs 1x12
45lbs 1x10 - challenging weight

alternating bicep curl
30lbs 1x5
25lbs 2x8 - blah. ran out of gas.

tomorrow I’m driving quite a few KM’s so I’m planning it as a rest day. I’ll probably need it, my back feels toasty already.

Holy crap on the rackpulls!!! Those are awesome!!!

x2 to Greeny… man, I’m too awestruck to say anything original.

Holy crap on all those PRs N! Damn you’re getting wicked strong up in here!

Enjoy a day of rest/driving tomorrow, make sure to stop and stretch out occasionally so you don’t get home looking like a ball of yarn!

Oooh I wants your rack pulls. Your pictures are lovely, too. What you’re waiting on is a black background? Are you gonna get you angst on?

As impressive as the rack pull numbers are, & they are, I like the dip numbers more.

Greenie and Nikki - thanks girlies but you’d be surprised at how much you can pull when the bar is just above the knee. My deadlift goal is 315, the rackpulls give me a feel for the weight and strokes my sistard ego.

Print- smart dog. Those dips actually were harder than the rackpulls. There are some PW in here who outdip me by far but I’m pretty happy with my progress.

Ink - driving 350km today, I have a feeling I will turn into a pretzel tonight. At least the back feels good this morning so I’m not starting in pain.

Hey Plucky - I’m waiting for a photogrspher’s black background which is basically a role of black cardboard paper stretched on a 9 foot frame (collapseable of course). This was to have a more finished look to my portraits (family and friends) but also to add drama to the more creative projects. A furry theme and a gore theme would look better against black rather than the white walls of my appartment. Plus it gives me time to think the whole project through.

took the time to make myself a nice protein pancake for breakfast this morning. yummy.
cheers

Drive safe!!

also, for the rack pulls, if you want a weeee bit of a deficit, try standing on some plates or a step…

then i wouldn’t be able to pull 6 plates, where’s the fun in that? lol. I hear ya Mim.

Thats a lot of PRs frenchie, big rack pulls.

PS I like lifters better than ring girls. :stuck_out_tongue:

PRs everywhere in here - and beautiful pics as always!

lifters are ALWAYS better than ring girls. unless you want herpes.

N i do enjoy your rack pull numbers, but must threaten you if you get to 315 before i do.

I’m not convinced. But I will let it slide. I understood what you were getting at Joe, and you’re right, generalities about anything is never smart.

like bald guys are better lovers. right?
