If Cal’s suggestion doesn’t fly I’ll try yours. I’m open to anything that will give me my bw bench at this point. 'cept drugs. cause drugs are bad m’kay.
God this sunshine feels like dope this morning. good stuff.
Not really a suggestion I would suggest to anyone. Just something I would probably do if I could bench 135 by myself.
doh!
lunch: a big bowl of fat free plain yogourt with a heaping spoon of double fruit low sugar feild berries jam, two heaping handfulls of oates and a handfull of trail mix. Divine.

Great choice. You gonna back to my day. Derringer doesn’t get nearly the credit he deserves.
Good on ya’ for getting high on the shine.

Masch - I sure missed your effervescent posts my crazy dear
not sure I had insuline issues more like an empty belly issues. What would the symptoms be for insuline fluctuations?

Lol! “effervescent”. I like that.
Well, I’m no doctor so you can take this for what its worth, but for me, when I have fluctuations in insulin I feel similarly shaky and weird, but also lethargic. If i’m correct, and correct me if I am wrong, insulin fluctuates with food. So if you notice that you’re going to go some time without fuel, glutamine might help reduce that shitty feeling. I basically take it b/c I workout fasted.
Honestly frenchie, you’re probably right, looking back to your post, eating at 8am, lifting at 11am…that’s a long time to go without fuel. I’m sure you’re best bet is to bring a snack or something. I know Bobbi used to make her clients eat or drink something mid workout when they worked out for 2hrs or more, so that might work for you too.

was inspired by the painting Hallowed shared earlier. Reposted here for the purpose of my exercise…

the exact pose was not flattering to me, I have a wide back and if I don’t keep it relatively upright I get folds. ugh. Anyhow, I thought the feeling was pretty accurate.
^Everything is a highlight. You are quite the stunner. Love the hair pulled up btw.
Thanks Print, highlights are a factor of
A - muscles that I do have
B - lighting
c - my brand new lense
d - a little digital enhancement
I planned a photo shoot with my pregnant cousin in a few weeks. I’m totally psyched for it!
Wow N, beautiful pics!!!
drugs are not bad. some of the people who use them are.
thats all i have to say.
I am in awe of your photographic talents!
Thanks Ink:)
CBear - your right, on the other hand I have watched with my own eyes as many in my family have ruined their brains, health and life because of “recreational drugs” so I have an instinctual gut reaction. My love of wine however does border on the obsessive and I am the first to say one is not better than the other.
soldog - thank you kind sir.
I have one thing to say about your back.
nom nom nom.
OK, three things.
Um you killed that workout, very nice!!! 150 on the bench is freakin’ killer! Impressed would be the look that I am trying to portray your way. ![]()
The training looks great. The photos are amazing. I LOVE them!
