I should have my ass in bed but the husband brewed a nice batch of espresso after supper and now he’s of to work and I’m wired like an idiot. The pics turned out a little fuzzy - I didn’t have my shutter speed and iso tuned properly. Photography lesson of the night. Don’t drink espresso when going through a bout of isomnia.

here’s my 155lbs x 1. If you pause it at 1:05 you can clearly see my big butt past parallel. I need to work on keeping my core tight, the bar low on my back and explode out of the bottom. but still that’s 4 months progress to reach bodyweight.

fyi: my silly peek-a-boo, bad-form goodmorning vid has reached 1,318 views. does that make me a you-tube porn star?? lol.

Had a blast yesterday catching up with an old friend. It was worth a dozen high school reunion and then some. Today we are heading to the Easter Townships to hang out with some family. It’s a beautiful day to get out of the city.

just as a refresher this was my first 135lbs squat vid back in march.

As you can see that I don’t even hit parallel once.
