Isn’t it funny how sometimes we can do absolutely great at trainings when we’ve had shit for sleep? Just goes to show, it always pays to show up and try.

maybe get a cpap? i hear they may even cure cancer!

Again with the insomnia tonight. Slept fine 'til 2am an now fully awake for the past hour and a half. Main issue is work - will this cpap help with stress Cbear? maybe I can strangle a few people with it. I had plans for supper with the husband but I took a few minutes to release some of the agression at the gym.

Same here! What is up with waking up between 3-5 AM?!?! Sucks. Still gonna try some heavy deadlift singles today.

Do you ever take anything to help you sleep? I’ve been taking gravol for years. It’s dirt cheap and it knocks me out. Unlike regular ‘sleep aids’ I don’t feel groggy the next day. I’ve also added ZMA to my supplements before bed and that’s helped a lot too. However, if it’s work stress it will pass when it passes.

Do you work on shutting down work stuff when you’re at home? I always sucked at that and realised I was happier in a low stress job.

Thanks MIM - I did manage to sleep a few more hours. I really hit it hard at the gym today so I should be sleeping like a rock tonight.

oro- like many work stories in the compound it’s not the job but certain individuals. I love my job which makes this whole situation really fucked up.

cable curls - used a V shaped handle

65lbs 2x12

now for food.

I’m also going to ahve to cut this Fall, I’m getting sloppy with the diet and adding too much fat. I want to do it before the holidays so that I can partake of the great eatting. If I can get back down to about 12% I’ll get back to bulking.

I was just sayin they wouldn’t be legit by high end standards but that just gives me something to strive for. I’ll post a beautiful 155lbs which would be snapper-approved to be forgiven. Not tommorow though, 2 days in a row has left my ass sore, what with all that bouncing on the floor… from 65lbs to 155lbs with good form is still some proper improvement Non?
