Ouro: Not my first time on the zerchers and my arms feel fine today, no bruises or pains. I do carry a good amount of muscle and carbs on the arms though. On the other hand I’m not doing like 200+ like I’ve seen you do either. As for the good mornings I was doing them with proper form and most importantly pants - so not so pornographic. Didn’t notice if I had any admires, I tend be in my little bubble when working out.

The other day I got a comment on my Youtube video of Zerchers. Some jojo had written “Stick to cardio lady. Zerchers are for powerful people” I just delete the comments that are out and out retarded. Either that or they bug me.

I had been walking for several hours in Cozumel, in the rain, then I stopped and had six triple shots of tequila. So really I’m pretty sure I was having fun. In fact in the picture I just said “I’m one more triple shot from getting on stage and dancing with the giant parrot.”

Oh yeah, I was supposed to go do a shark diving thing but it got canceled so I went bumming around the town and hanging out on the beach instead. Cozumel is nice but I was only in port for a short time. Now in Progresso I went out to the Mayan ruins at Uxmal and after climbing the smaller pyramid I found I was to jump from one outcropping to to another and thus get to the inaccessable Parthenon like building. I went in to explore it and as it was very dark I could not see well and could only hear a lot of hissing. turns out it was full of those large grey iguanas getting out of the mid day heat. It was also full of bats who did not take kindly to my disturbing their rest. It was a bit like a Scooby Doo episode.
Next time I go to Cozumel I’m doing the shark thing though.

One must be careful with the Oly lifts. There’s tremendous technique involved and the risk of injury can be great when jerking or snatching the bar overhead. Plus, if pushing a max, it’s best to do so in an environment where one can drop the weights. Very few gyms accommodate this.
