I’ve been no max efforting for awhile now…it’s all good.

…I get to this point with the heavy stuff and back way off and switch to high volume, almost forcing a 6 month deload, lol… oh well.

Good looking deload, now go eat.

Yeah, if that’s your idea of a de-load nlmain . . . Looks like a helluva lot of work to me.

It is a lot for a deload week. But it’s an unplanned Time Of Month deload, so that doesn’t count :slight_smile:
I guess if she did that for a much needed deload week, then that might be too much.

snap: it was a lot of little things. No max effort or big lifts. But don’t worry about me snappy-cakes I’m on vacation in less than 2 weeks and will have my true de load at that time. so in that case this week is a partial de-load.

Nikki: that was a BB curl - like curling 2x 25’s which I’m sure you can do. The bb makes it easier cause it allows your stronger arm to assist da lazy one. As for doing snatches - MIM posted an awesome training vid in my log somewhere which really helped me. I added 10lbs to my max just learning how to do it right.

MIM: what ever gets your ass moving and in the gym is my moto. If you like the high rep stuff don’t let the max effort group shoot you down. To each his cake.

Joe: and food there was.
1- protein, table spoon of fish oil, handful of organic ancient whole grain cereal
2- Lefe dark beer
3- mini-pizza (crumpet, pesto, sliced mushroom and tomatoes cheese, bake in toaster over sprinkle with pepper)
4- big ass bowl of oats with choco pp and a dallop of organic peanut butter while watching Family Guy’s Star Wars Spoof.

Those were my meals after my evening workout. I’m milking my last few weeks of bulk with no shame.

Hey T: I get 2 weeks vacation per year however my job requires me to work over time quite a few times a year. They don’t pay “overtime” but I can accumulate those days and take them back.

For my summer vacation I’m going hiking in the Northern regions of Quebec: Temiscamingue to be precise - we rented a little cabin where we will be staying for a week. We decided to do something local and inexpensive 'cause I have my diving trip in Cozumel booked for January and that’s a little pricey so I’m saving my pennies.

That was some hard work, m’dear. Thanks for reminding me about snatches! So easy to forget them for me. :slight_smile:

Last time I was in Cozumel I had WAY to much tequila and tequila makes my clothes fall off somehow.

Oh sorry for that visual, you should have a great time taking pics when you are down there as well as when you go hiking.

lol - you guys are nuts :slight_smile: as this trip to Cozumel will be a total solo adventure vacay there will be no drinking, but a lot of diving and pictures.

MIM: we are lucky we know people who are willing to rent the place to us for a week for half the going price at this time of year - major win!

Oh yeah and a few leaves of baby spinach thrown in there for some veg. Topped with another dark belgian beer. There will be another pre-bed snack. Not decided as to what yet.

Joe: solo vacations are for total adventure filled weeks of doing stuff that I want to do. Sometimes you just have to chin up and do them alone or you’d never do em. I’m sure I’ll find some cool peeps to hang out with but rule of thumb for a woman traveling alone - stay sober, smart and alert. This has never failed me so far.
