Glad you are doing good man, but bummer that they didnt take the effort to respond to you.
What are you doing btw? ( workwise/studywise or both? )

I am to doing good at the moment. My studying have taking alot of my time( hence why stopped training ), but it is alot of fun thankfully. My master-thesis is about how history is used politically, more spesific how history have been used in the Norwegian states policy regarding its churc( former btw ).

I’m studying also, although i’m only doing my Honours and corresponding thesis with extra modules too.

My thesis is on the importance of prevalent measures in youth athletes to ensure negative attitudes and perceptions towards PEDs are instilled early, a far cry from the focus and academic nature of your topic haha!

May I ask what Honours and corresponding thesis is? ( I am rather ignorant when it comes to English/american academic lingo )

I wouldnt say Your subject is less academic or has less focus than my subject and the subject of Your Choice is interresting. Do you yourself have a stance regarding Your subject, meaning: Do you think it is important or not to instill negative attitudes towards PEDs in youth-athletes?

Don’t forget to do curls.

Curls for the Girls you say

How are your measures and weight ? you’ve been lifting for quite a while.

Good job for the consistency.

Just meant that I too was doing a thesis but not one as large as yours since yours is for a Masters and mine is for my Honours Degree.

Most likely yes!

Squat:
20kg x 5.
30kg x 5.
40kg x 5.
40kg x 5.
40kg x 5.

Bench:
30kg x 5.

50kg x 5.
50kg x 5.

Lying Dumbell Rows( on incline bench ): 3x10 x 10kg pr arm.

Comment:
Well I have gotten weaker compared to where I was( wich offcourse was expected after such a long break ). 3x5 on 50kg in Bench actually took som effort. On the good side I feel my form where solid on both Bench and Squat, so thats good.

Well I havent been consistent :frowning:

I have not taken any measurements or weighed myself recently, so I dont know. The goal for now is too get back into the habit of getting my ass into the gym a couple of times per week.

Ah I understand. For my subject, master is alot more work than it was on my bachelor, so I get Your point.

And my feelings are mutual regarding PEDS and youth-athletes.

Ps. Sorry for replying so late.

just remember to make something achievable. Small goals that you’re able to reach and then increase from there.

It doesn’t matter if it is 1x per week or 3x as long as you accomplish it.
