Flies vs. Bench

I read an interesting article in M&F, yeah, I know but the chick on the cover was hot.
Anyway one article was talking about using cable flies because you can keep constant tension on your chest. I have not used cables for anything other than cross overs, but I have been doing the GVT2K for 3 weeks now using flies instead of bench. My chest is fuller than it has ever been. You might want to try it next time you switch up your chest workout.
