Hello,
I have been told by my trainer to take Flax seed oil. 1 Tablespoon a day. I bought Flax seed Oil capsules from wal-mart. I think they are 1000mg. I take three each morning.
Is this too much?
Any vitamins I should be taking?
I just started taking wieght training seriously. Kaplan’s suppoirtive nutrition (lean protien, fiberous carb, starchy carb) 3-3.5 hours while awake. and some serious training has been remarkable. 12 weeks and I dropped 30# gained some muscle and lost 4 inches in my gut.

I agree with Phil. In the past I’ve used Udo’s Blend and found little benefit. With the same diet as I have now, I saw no improvement in my lipid profile. In fact I watched HDL and LDL go in the wrong direction.
On the otherhand, taking 4 to 8 caps of Flameout a day improved my lipid profile to the best it’s been in 5 years. In both cases I also added a tablespoon of flax seed meal to my protein shakes.
