In addition, I suppose there are certain PEDs making you more hungry and able to eat more.
I confess Iām going to use this flame free location to flame someone who isnāt a member here.
Some dude on a facebook group I belong to has been trying for MONTHS to find a way to get on TRT. His numbers are within range, but he swears heās suffering from all the symptoms and heās got everything else dialed in and NOTHING is working and heās GOTTA get on TRT to fix his problems. Heās getting tons of sunlight and exercise and his nutrition is tight and heās drinking plenty of water and etc etc.
Today, that same dude posted this in the group
Like, I genuinely wonder what itās like to go through life so blissfully lacking in self-awareness.
Zero sugar.
That sounds too much like a sugar product named Zero for me to trust it.
Heās a guy who believes muscles come from a vial.
Flame on.
Itās upsetting how āTRTā has been used by folks to mean āIām running steroids without calling it thatā in order to twist the expectation of what TRT actually is. So many dudes think itās just another way to get jacked, or that itās some panacea that will solve all the problems that are a result of poor lifestyles.
Yeah. Some of the āTRTā stacks Iāve seen were pretty interesting, to say the least.
I think this is what we are seeing more and more of.
āTell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are.ā Well, eating sugar-free junk and Publix deli foods tells me you are probably experiencing your ālow-T symptomsā from that.
Iām getting tested for TRT right now due to various factors but I want the most minimum does of whatever possible if I qualify. last time I had my T checked it was 276, weāll see what comes back this time.
I just want my energy levels back. Lately even with enough sleep itās been terrible.
And the classic āyou are what you eatā, or āyou are what you eat EATSā as well. Weāre seeing this with Ozempic now too. All solutions are just pharma.
@cyclonengineer If TRT is the solution, I hope that goes well for you. My doctor had a great quote āYou didnāt come here for labs: you came here for symptoms. How are your symptoms doing?ā
Thatās a good quote. My doctor is pretty good at not simply over-prescribing things and asks me to call if things start changing.
Iāve started prep for this yearās menu.
Feel more nervous about it than I did for my comprehensive exam (or any major test Iāve taken)
This is why Iāll never be a chef
I also confess that Iām a ŃŃŠŗŠ° in the kitchen when Iām making one of these.
I donāt know what that means, so im just gonna assume itās really awesome.
No, it means female dog ![]()
Privet suka!
Youāre going to do great.
I confess I just devoured The Intentional Father by Jon Tyson cover-to-cover in an afternoon.
I confess this book should be mandatory reading for every father raising sons (or daughters), whether heās a Jesus-follower or not.
I confess Iām feeling excited, confident, and capableābut simultaneously convicted and almost unbearably overwhelmedāat the task I am facing over the next 6-7 years.
I confess that every so often I convince myself that I am not lactose intolerant and have some milkā¦ā¦ only to find out I amā¦. Very muchā¦ā¦ lactose intolerantā¦ā¦
My husband and I ate 2/3 or more of this bag last night watching TV. I donāt even know what came over me. ![]()
Edit: I did not buy them.
Ooops! It happens.
āFamily crafted flavor,ā I was helpless to resist.
Utzās are really good. Iāll help you out by taking care of that last 1/3.
