Okay perfect. I really wanted an audi so that lines up.
I tried it in my cadillac but it just didn’t feel right.

Just make sure the model starts with a “R” or an “RS”. It will get that 0-100 time really nailed down.
I’ll take it, but only if I can squat it.
Ass down, nose up - that’s the way we like to…

My confession is I’ve wanted a car deadlift attachment for years.
My confession is that I’ve been upset and frustrated ever since the summer and I don’t know how to make the feelings go away.
I confess I’m (still) experiencing severe mindfucks re the guys who look like they never lift - but still manage to deadlift serious weight!
Today I saw a tiny unhealthy guy in his 40ties with liquorbelly and manboobs do 1RM with 440 lb repeatedly. Well, ok, he did maybe two-three reps during my 9 set heavy squat ladder series.
Deadlift is a fucked up movement.
Guys who deadlift heavy load do not necessarily look like they lift.
I can deadlift 3xbodyweight after peaking. I barely look like i exercise, much less lift, wjth clothes on
One of my professors literally said “you lift?!” When I told him my deadlift number
Probably going to get banned for this like Hank.
I confess that I fucking hate the restructure of the articles into the forum. Between the Articles and Forums, I can’t find an article I’ve searched for a dozen times.
It was something like “TRT 101” from TC Luoma and it vanished faster than a long-term member complaining about 30 years of articles being shuttled into a new format.
I haven’t actually gone onto T-Nation’s homepage in a couple of years. I got more information than I knew what to do with when I was 17 and first found the site, now I just come for the forums. Are the articles still articles, or are they all being put on the forum? I’m no longer familiar enough with the homepage to know if things that used to be there are no longer there.
Every single one of them is being moved to the forums.
Maybe if they’d have a subforum for [Articles], I wouldn’t mind so much, but splitting them between BSL and TRT is making it impossible to search.
I like this idea.
Really? Huh. Once guys like Wendler, Tate, and Dan John pretty much stopped having articles published, that was pretty much when I started reading less and less. I don’t necessarily follow everything those guys do (especially Tate, I’m not a powerlifter by any means), but they were such good writers. I’m not saying no current coaches have good information (they do!), but I there was an era of like…2010-16 (maybe?) where some guys who were both great coaches and great writers were coming out with lots of stuff that I really enjoyed.
Ohh I found where it went.

Paid only for something that used to be free. Nah, I’m good.
I confess I am going to go $200 over budget on Christmas gifts
I confess I am getting more confused by the day. I am almost certain there was an off topic thread by @Andrewgen_Receptors about his challenges in finding an available rack at the gym, and his strategies in solving this problem? Or - am I going mad?
He asked for it to be deleted.
Ok, I understand. I guess the thread ran amuck. But the topic is of interest - How to deal with people occupying equipment?
1.) Be polite and let them do dumb stuff, since you should know enough to sub out an exercise.
2.) Don’t go on peak hours so you can have it to yourself.
3.) If you want to drive them away, misuse the equipment, like doing situps bracing your feet under a bench press. (Dick move. Don’t actually do this.)
4.) Nicely ask and wait until they’re done.
5.) Build a home gym.
Easy.
