CBT WORKS. IT is a LEGIT thing that some psychiatrists also study to be qualified in. It just doesnāt work form SOME PEOPLE. I am one of the few. My psychiatrist has a nice thick gold plated plaque on his wall displaying his credentials from studying CBT that he got in the 90s lol.
fan ti zi* is the old way of spelling Chinese. Only HK, Taiwan and Malaysia still use it IIRC.

Me too. I think last year I basically didnāt get anything back, but this year I paid in $2K. I claim 0, so IDK, I thought claiming 0 was the strategy to not have to pay in a bunch of money at tax time.

I confess I just realized you can write on your PC with a pad, which I normally hear or read it being referred to as a ātabletā- drawing tablet, writing tablet etc.
Iām so dumb I always thought a ātabletā was one of those things like a laptop so the price range would be similar and I had touch screen functions in 2 laptops, one you would fold in half completely to use as a tablet (Lenovo Yoga series) and I didnāt like them.
Bought one drawing tablet under 30USD yesterday and itās pretty damn good for my current use.
Also, IMHO the best pdf app is now MS Edge.
Went to the beach, ate like a normal human, not an asshole, just normal. Gained 15lbs, lost 15 in 2 days.
The human body is so freaking weird.

Iāve eaten about 4lbs of ground turkey in the last 5 days. Also, my words.
Been eating ~9 pounds a week for months. Been doing rotisserie chickens this week due to time constraints coming back from the beach and itās so nice, almost like dessert ![]()
Edit: I suck at math. 6 pounds for 4 days (prep 4 days at a time). So what ever that is a week is what Iām eating ![]()

You buy 3lb packages and cook them one at a time or what?
This is what I do with lean ground beef. Use whatever fat is left over in the pan to fry up some broccoli and call it a date (makes 4 meals for me).
I buy 6 1lb boxes of green wise organic 93/7 and cook them 3lbs at a time split evenly between two pans. Throw the cooked meat in a big bowl and cook the other 3 lbs then weigh itmout in boxes. Iāve also been doing fresh produce cut and steamed myself which takes for ever but itās nice. GF has been a huge help with the veggies. I hate dealing with them
I just tried something new today. Cauliflower rice. Not bad.
The initial cut seemed to slowly turn into maintenance. Created a few new process goals to hopefully get that summer body back. Cauliflower rice instead of jasmine was one of those process goals (use cauliflower rice for lunch instead of jasmine). Also doing LISS at the gym and walking the dogs after. The dog walking had replaced the gym LISS.
The only issue with the diet I am having trouble with is night time hunger. I go to bed fine, but lay there and get hungry. I think I need to find something not very calorie dense to eat when I get up for my snack.
