I confess I just drove 46 miles round trip to get some Vietnamese grilled pork and that my next 8 meals will be rice and grilled pork topped with two sunny-side-up eggs. I am very excited.

Speaking of food, I confess I saved the day by bringing an extra meatball with me to work today. Met the Mrs for lunch and she biffed her meal prep and was 1 meatball shy of what she had intended to have. I grabbed one on my way out the door because I’m at week 10 of a 12 week gaining phase, aka, the Kirby phase
Mrs opens up her lunch, curses herself and then, out from the depths of my Punisher lunchbox comes “the extra meatball”

I’m honestly not a gravy fan in general, but I have to appreciate local food.
I like to imagine your Punisher lunchbox is magical and you can pull anything you need out of it when a problem comes.
I have become QUITE the Mary Poppins with how much food I can fit into it.

I heard it is reaching new audiences (gen z).
Also, I guess they are going to bring it back.
I have my suspicions that it will not live up to the original (especially the early on episodes).

My friends and I did king of of the hill for Halloween one year complete with a section of fence and cooler.

I confess I’ll probably steal your idea, but I’ll add my own twist to it with a bunch of copies of Force Majeure letters to hand out to people in silence when they ask me what my costume is.

I confess that I chickened out of using a decline bench today because I didn’t like how it was declined. I also hit my knee on it and that really hurt. I ended up doing dips instead.
Haven’t tried to decline in years but I never really liked it when I did give it a shot. Never found a way to do it that felt “right.” Dips are cooler.

After the gym today, I went straight to Walmart so I could stock up on some food. What’s awesome is that this Walmart is going to be turned into a super center and I have been experiencing the progress from last college semester up to now.
So I’m walking around Walmart, pushing the cart, and scrolling through T-nation forums on my phone. I was looking at @Andrewgen_Receptors recent posts in his training log which made me chuckle a bit. I stocked up on a ton of beef,chicken, and turkey so there were only a couple item/s I needed which was plain Greek yogurt. So I made my way to the dairy section and it just so happened that an old man and lady were standing right in front me near the refrigerated section that had the yogurt. This old lady says to me “Good morning handsome, how are you doing”
I say “I’m doing good”, then she asks “Isn’t it such a beautiful day outside?” I respond with “Yes it’s a very nice day outside” and then I go about my business.
I confess that I feel somewhat uncomfortable but, I also find it a bit hilarious how that old lady said that right in front of her husband.
