Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 2)

I confess a glute pump makes me giggle when I walk. It just feels so funny :joy::peach::pickup_truck:

I confess I can’t pass half of those bloody ā€œselect pictures with stuff in themā€ tests to prove I’m not a bot. Shit, I was initially denied access to discord when I tried to create an account and failed the test too many times.

I confess that my school produced the guy who developed those tests…

On a different note: last night I had an inception dream last night… but it took 4-5 attempts before I could get out of the dream. It was scary. I’d ā€œwake upā€ and ā€œfind outā€ that it wasn’t a dream, then go ā€œback to bedā€

Lucid dreaming?

I love it when I can make that happen.

It is a little unsettling sometimes tho.

Absorption rates for all nutrients - macro and micro can vary greatly from person to person based on digestion and overall gut health. The overall health of your microbiome is a big deal, if your digestion sucks, there’s a fairly high probability that overall vitamin/mineral absorption isn’t optimal to say the least.

I confess I broke the brass buckle on my old belt yesterday. Bloated not fat surely… lolz. Old belt…

I confess I am thinking of switching to exclusively yoga and assault bike stuff.

Cutting the grass? Really? Shoveling snow is hard ass work, no matter how good of shape you’re in. But cutting the grass?

Are you using a scythe?

I confess that after 2 months of only talking (usually scatting and straight up jibberish) to a 5month old during the day I am worried my brain has become mush and I will struggle mightily when I go back to work and have to dive back into the deep end full speed with clients/consultants/employees.

Absolutely. The vast majority of this region is very hilly terrain.

Higher temps put a significant load on the heart, healthy or otherwise. Throw in cardiac damage, diminished capacity to cool the body via increased blood flow, diuretics, various effects of other drugs, and yep. That totally kills stuborn old guys who take pride in self sufficiency.

I found out doing some tree work with my old crew by passing out while feeding the chipper. It was sheer force of will and a bit of dumb luck to fall away from the feed chute and not into it.

So I got this to make it ā€œeasierā€. 16 hp. Of grass cutting madness.

First gear only. Its actually a 6 speed sequential gearbox, but 6 will leave even the fastest flapping behind it.

A buddy of mine has an extra velke wheel for it Im going to put on this spring. That makes it dangerously fun and easy to be stupid.

I know that @SkyzykS is accurate about the danger, but this made me snort nonetheless.

I don’t want to be in any movies titled ā€œFor Insurance Purposes Only.ā€.

Or Blade Tightening Fails.

I confess that since @T3hPwnisher told me to just stop eating so damn much two weeks ago, I’ve lost 8 lbs. Making me feel dumb for overthinking things was very effective. I am still eating like a 5-year-old, but much less of it. Doing IF 18:6 and exercising some portion control when I do eat.
