I really don’t know tbh.
I’m sorry, I only had mild chicken tenders with my own BBQ sauce and ranch. I just thought their chicken was decent.
(Oh, and a couple of biscuits with some honey.)
As far as what I could’ve gotten, it’s pretty tame. Hope that sounded tasty enough for you though, haha.
I am very much. I do well around people, and truly like individuals, but it absolutely takes its toll on me and I need quiet time on my own to decompress.
I spent a year+ with extremely limited outside interaction and could do it again standing on my head.
From March of 2020 to August of 2020 I was literally at home or working at jobs that did not require time to be around anyone else, 95% of the time. No restaurants, church, outings, unnecessary shoppings, etc. Online school for the remainder of that spring.
It was fantastic, haha.
I confess I about left the site today when a dude who eats cool whip for breakfast wondering if he’s genetically doomed to be fat copped an attitude with me for not being more positive
I confess that I secretly hope my son’s little league game gets out of hand this evening so the mercy rule kicks in and we get home in time for the first pitch of the World Series.
Oh man, I forgot about this. That was always the worst fear lol. If you got beat, that sucks. If you lost so bad that they called mercy rule? Absolutely shame of your 5th grade class lol
That provided great entertainment to me today. Your response was excellent.
I needed that after what happened in class today
I just squatted 315x20 and every single rep was high by a mile.
I’m still proud. I had more high reps in the tank.
@jshaving forgot to reply, but your response for Popeyes was more than exciting for me. The mild tenders are pretty dull compared to spicy. I would always get the 8 pieces and pick off the breading, because it makes it healthier you know. Hah!
@cyclonengineer @anna_5588 Glad there was some benefit to it. I knew the dude was hopeless, but to talk about not getting results for 7 years and then you post your diet and the first thing it shows is “Breakfast-cool whip”, I just can’t even fathom the thought process at work there.
I only skimmed thought the thread so I thought I’d help him out. Now I regret doing so lol. He’s nowhere near as bad as some of the dumb fucks in the roid forum anyway.
“Not getting gainz. Am I a non-responder to testosterone?”
^THIS WAS A REAL QUESTION.
They need a weight lifting sticky in that forum.
I got into a conversation with a guy once who was mystified by his lack of development from walking up and down the steps once a day or so to go get smokes. He was doing all the right drugs, yaddayadda.
Had an allergic reaction when I suggested he should eat some steak and broccoli and lift some weights.
I confess the concept of re-composition in the fitness industry mystifies me. Isn’t the entire industry based on changing one’s body? All of us here lift because we want to change one thing or another about our physiques/fitness levels.
It sounds like it implies taking fat/muscle from one area and magically transporting it to another area of my body.
Now it turns out cool whip for breakfast may have actually been the problem all along.
I’m gonna hold my breath while I wait for an apology. Will be good for my cardio.
And fastfood multiple times a day.
Who knew that fried, greasy stuff doesn’t work nutritionally past the age of about 22?
My program is kicking my arse a lot more than I thought it would
It didn’t work for me past age 11
Turns out if you don’t want to be overweight, you can’t eat philly cheese steaks as snacks and be a couch potato
You were probably just genetically doomed.
yep. couldn’t have been my lifestyle choices… ![]()
