i just read that gyms might not be reopened until SEPTEMBER. i need to get a barbell
if i can get my hands on a bar, an a pair of 20 kg, 10 kg, and 5 kg plates, i’ll be able to do overhead presses, front squats, rdls, maybe even learn how to clean and press. a friend of my father has a gym, i’ll see if he can lend me something. otherwise i really need to find a decent website to buy some equipment. i haven’t been able to find any reallt good offers on amazon yet but i will not give up

2 gyms near me have started to rent their equipment out. Its now great as it cost s a lot for what you are getting. But its better than being out of equipment.
