I must confess, as per my excessive nature, these were really big. Had not drink in a month and I experienced all the bad physiological effects, like if I had 12 glasses. Not a good feeling… I even woke up with a painful spot on my cheek like a teen

Wait until you get to 40. Three glasses of whiskey will hit you like a bus.

One of my sons likes peanut butter on toast in the morning, the other likes honey. One doesn’t like crusts. About two weeks ago, I ate one of the cut off crusts and now my breakfast includes a side of toast with PB and one with honey lol (and lots of butter).

Nothing has gone out of the diet, so I fully expect to be a marshmallow by the time things are back to somewhat normal.

I used to do that every Sunday when I was doing a conjugate plan.

Wake up, eat, nap, eat, nap, eat, nap, eat, eat, bedtime snack, bedtime.

You know how some times, when you are pulling on your elbow sleeves, and then your fingers just kind slip off the fabric and you smack yourself in the face giving yourself a bloody nose?

I confess I’d enjoy reading a thread that somehow combined all of the fringe ideas from the lifting and martial arts worlds together. It seems like the next logical frontier for the broscientific community.

If you have never visited bullshido dot net, you may enjoy it. Its a far cry from its glory days, but it’s heritage threads are an amazing romp through that.

If you get overstimulated while doing numchucks on a wobble board how much is your deadlift on an ARX machine?

Less confession and more warm fuzzy but I just loaned 355lbs in plates and some spring collars to one of my wife’s friend’s sons who is on the high school powerlifting team and couldn’t find ANY weights after buying a rack and bench. Really made me happy to be able to pass on.
