Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

Same here. My better half sent me a picture of Tescos pasta shelves yesterday

Nope. No panic buying here at all.

I’m not willing to make the trip to find out. The shop I’m currently in has plenty though.

Bidet for the win every time.

Also, I just use saw horses for dips

I confess

For about a solid hour I managed to convince myself I was no longer ā€œnattyā€ because I’ve found out there’s folks that use the main ingredient in my asthma medication for their cutting cycles.

I saw quite a few threads where folks are using 3-5mg of it a day, and I’m over here going, ā€œI can easily push double that amount if the pollen production is just a bit too much on any given day.ā€

I believe that the albuterol dosage in inhalers is in mcg (micrograms) not mg (milligrams). Which is a factor of 1,000.

Depends how it’s taken. There’s inhalants, liquids, and tabs. At least what’s accessible for most people.

Inhalers are in mcg. Nebulizer vials are in mg, as well as liquid, and tabs. Although I’m sure a lot is lost through the nebulizers anyways.

I use a combo of nebulizer and liquid. And an emergency inhaler for on the go.

Either way I realized I was flipping out for nothing

If there was a scale that started at Kid Taking Creatine and ended at Dallas McCarver, where would you place yourself?

I’m more than certain I’m right there with kid taking creatine. Since I too have taken it.

I totally went ā€œfuck itā€ today and ate whenever/whatever I felt like.

1000 cal surplus
at least I got 160+g protein

Awesome. Keep this up for a week.

A new PR, well done.

Try to get more next time.

I’d like to point out that if just eating intuitively put you at a 1K cal ā€œsurplusā€, it’s possible you’re just operating at a 1K cal deficit most of the time and this is closer to how your body is asking you to eat.

LOL definitely not intuitive. I could have stopped a LONG time ago if I wanted

I think you can stop eating pretty much whenever you want, and you’ve proven that. But you said, ā€œwhenever/whatever I felt likeā€, which means you felt like eating it. Anyhoo, not trying to flame, I think everyone is happy that you ate a ton of food today, but it’s also a common thing for some people to then compensate for one day of big eating by still getting themselves into a deficit with reduced eating and increased exercise the rest of the week. Just some food for thought, as it were. Keep it up.

Yep. That’s my strategy minus the extra exercise.

Yes, mine, too, though ā€œreduced eatingā€ tends to look more like ā€œregular eatingā€ for me.

Mine is a harm reduction strategy rather than prevention or cure.

I just sort of think ā€œyikesā€ and then go on with my life.

You people are so silly. When you have a big day of eating, don’t eat LESS over the next few days to compensate. Grow BIGGER over the next few days, so that, proportionally, that excess gets reduced.
