The real question is, do you have a ‘26.2’ bumper sticker?
That one is definitely the right plate for the job.
It would also be good for ice cream or various candies including butterscotch.
Ha! On my honor, I swear I don’t!
Cardio is the devil
That’s pretty much an assault bike - what I use to do most of my cardio these days. The arm handles erase any excuse you have to slow down - legs tired → use more arms, arms tired → use more legs. Tabata is great on it too. Get after it!
The only thing that is annoying me about it… that the instructions for the actual digital console is vague on it. NOT finding anything online so far.
I have that same one. I hate it, but I’m also leaner than ever because of it.
Yeah its going to be a love hate relationship for awhile I think. But as long as it gets the job I bought it for its all good.
I wish you good tidings @bulldog9899 .
Godspeed!

That’s the same one I have @bulldog9899 mate
No excuses now mate
I want a sub 30 minute 10 miler by the end of April.
Go for it big man
As much as I love a challenge…
I can assure you at this point of two sessions on it.
Not a snow balls chance in hell in achieving that goal in a month.
Besides… if I did attempt a defibrillator will need to be on standby.
Don’t worry about that stuff man. Cardio is primarily auto-regulated. If you go too far the heart will just stop.

pretty good indicator i went too far now isnt it ?
Going to be interesting now that I can go with more intensity without worrying about beating the shit out of the hips and knees.
Personally, I love 'em. Even when I was younger, lighter, and much more motivated I wasn’t crazy about running.
With mine set up the way I have it I end up on it just bopping along sometimes passively cruising and listening to tunes or watching the boob tube.
Now, different motivations and all, but much more enjoyable.
Any tips, other than go back in time and run more?
I’ve watched segments of the London marathon a few times and seen enough tshirts covered in blood trails from the nipples down that I was in no risk of forgetting this.
Good advice, specificity. Luckily I have a few miles of good trails very near me new place so I’ll commit to training there. My parent also live near the coast the race is actually on so I might run segments of it once or twice.
