You are kidding right?!
I am, yeah.
haha @dagill2 - I think you had peaked @anna_5588 's interest!
I think my views of the fleshy cucmbers and herniated ovaries men possess are well known to member here by now
![]()
@dagill2 I figured, but thereās no such thing as taking too much precaution on the internet, amirite
now Iām quite sure that we can be good freinds, @anna_5588
I guess I will just have to be at peace with that ![]()
Fleshy cucumbers and herniated ovaries. Wow. Iām filing that one away for future use. Watch out for the pickled onesā¦
I think it was Israetel that was translating lol
Iām halfway through but I donāt think this is the case. I think heās more annoyed at people who make arguments out of context, whether about his programs or lifting in general
Aside from the occasional WTF threads and comedic threads, yes, you are correct.
Also, thereās this thread thatās supposed to be lifting related confessions, yet, here we are lol
@punnyguy and @flappinit Another 30% off sale at piedmontese with code MEATDAY. Apparently as a counter-revolution to COās meatless day. I donāt think I can keep up, haha.
Iām already worried about having enough freezer space for yesterdayās order LOL! Thanks for the thought though!
You must be on The List, because even with my newly opened account, I still didnāt get any notification.
Do you check spam mail? It doesnāt always make it though the filter. I submitted my email to that pop up that shows up on the site when open it up.
I confess I always check my spam mail. One out of thousands matter, but it only takes seconds, and it has saved my butt.
Same here. Even important government emails get sent to the spam folder sometimes.
Because my eldest son has shitty friends, he decided he doesnāt like vegetables any more. So, I started pulverising vegetables in the food processor to sneak them in - classic trick.
This turns out to be a very convenient and tasty way to prep vegetables. I do a maximum of 4 chops per veggie and you get this great sludge which makes things super rich.
Confession is I am now I am doing this for me and my taste/texture. Only downside is washing up used to be a knife and board. Now itās those and a food processor. One big upside I see is I am prepping for senior life now.
I meal prep chicken stew and blend it into a paste. Like baby food.
It looks odd but it has several advantages.
Uniform mixture when putting it into separate tubs.
Easier to heat & eat at work (I have limited welfare facilities at work).
Easier to get large volumes of vegetables in there.
Confession - the fact it looks like baby food has drawn some odd looks at work. But so far no ones said anything.
When youāre a senior will you still eat vegetables, or will you figure thereās no point anymore and just live on whisky and Deliveroo?
I think Iāll just go down the canned dog food path (which I assume tastes much better than that sythentic meat they keep pushing and we will be all eating by then)
Did a 15 minute youtube fitness routine last night (with 13yo niece), basically various variations of march in place with frequent standing crunches and stuff sprinkled in.
Confession: I can really feel it in my abs today.
Was not that hard while doing it, but could see myself doing this as an effective warm-up / get in shape thing during wintertime.
