It’s all over the internet, but it’s basically about forcing yourself into deep sleep by following a fixed procedure. Takes about 90 days to get your body to do this. But I can literally go to sleep, at will, anywhere, anytime, in less than 90 seconds. (And stay asleep. Bombs and shit going off.)
