The Army actually teaches you how to nap effectively, anywhere, in an optimal manner so you don’t wake up groggy from the nap.

It’s all over the internet, but it’s basically about forcing yourself into deep sleep by following a fixed procedure. Takes about 90 days to get your body to do this. But I can literally go to sleep, at will, anywhere, anytime, in less than 90 seconds. (And stay asleep. Bombs and shit going off.)

You’re anal, so you should take to this very easily. It’s extremely regimented.

I save $.13 last month on some grocery-store brand BS ketchup. It was awful and almost ruined Burger Nite.

From now on, Heinz Ward can have my dime and I’ll stick with the good stuff!

Did you know “ketchup” is the same in Cantonese as English? Because it is a Chinese condiment. Which is weird because tomatoes are native to North America and were introduced to China by European traders.

Little trivia that I learned helping a kiddo study for a history test last week.

Everywhere you go in Sweden they serve “Fika”, which is coffee served with cinammon rolls. This is God’s own treat.

The Swedes consume multiple fika all day long, and yet all the women still look like the hot one from Abba. Tight pants are a win in that nation…

Got a shot today and nurse told me to relax because she thought I was flexing my delts. This happened twicea. Had to actually flex my delt before she actually believed me I was relaxed!

… or she was just being nice lol

I wish I could flex my delt. Unless there is some type of resistance, even a small amount works, I Can’t flex it.

I think there are ways around that. I’m sure there are ways around that. Don’t know what they are, but I imagine they must exist.

Do a ‘most muscular’ pose with one arm, and palpate the delt on that side with your free hand while you squeeze and relax the pose.

My solution on being cut off from meal plans was to befriend members of the opposite sex that wanted to keep me well fed.

Except I wasn’t cut off from a meal plan and was instead just eating a LOT.

They can’t monitor too closely, I mean, they’re staffed by other students.

It also worked for the non-dinning hall on campus restaurant. I discovered that chicken strips are VERY anabolic.
