My optimal range is 60-100F so it’s quite a pain. The nose, hands and feet are the worst, especially since my hands are always freezing, even in summer
We went for a late walk last night and it was probably 23 F. I wore jeans and the lighter of my two winter jackets. It was a nice still night and the temperature felt perfect.
Under 20 and I’ll do warmer bottoms, and at under 15 I need there to be no wind in order to be willing to walk for fun.
Under -5 I start to feel sorry for myself when I have to go to work or the grocery store.
My mom is such an enabler:
My mom: you really need to watch sodium
Also my mom: do you want smoked salmon?
Me: no too much salt
Mom: come on, it’s okay
Me: okay- proceeds to eat 10oz smoked salmon for dinner @SkyzykS

I know you guys have occasionally commented on the low quality of the FFCT III, but have you guys ever been on r\off mychest or r\Trueoffmychest?..
Regarding weather, I often work all day in a -27°C freezer breaking thick slabs of ice (AC leaks inside, it freezes, then I have to break it) and then step outside in full freezer gear into a lovely 40°C Australian summer for my lunch break. Makes for quite a contrast. Especially at the moment as there’s a massive 120km long bushfire in the hills around my city, so I’m breaking a mountain of ice while everything is burning outside.
The only good reason for bread in a meal is to soak up all that extra fat- free fish oil!
If I had enough money and 2 functioning kidneys, I’d eat it all day, every day
