I taught my daughter to burp, fart, and eat with her mouth open so I don’t have to worry about blokes arriving at the door.
Of course, now that she’s 5’8" and 170 pounds, third in her conference in the shot put, I still don’t have to worry about blokes arriving at my door because while she is beautiful, she can take care of herself, lol.

Kinda want to post this just to brag a little 
I’ve always wanted to see if I could do this but was scared after seeing all the painful fail videos online. Since this had a foam pit I have it a shot!
This was the second time doing it, first time I went all the way! This time I cut it short due to my hands really hurting. The extra small bars really dig into my calluses.
Also, I skipped a bar on that last one

Yeah I would use DB more in pressing,but between mine being adjustable Olympic handles along with getting them into position by myself. It does gets a little risky… not to mention that it really can piss off creaky shoulder once you get into 100 plus lbs on each.
We had pizza for dinner, we order online which allows you to reorder what you ordered last time. Our pizza place changed their menu. This screwed the reorder function right up.
Part of what was delivered to our place was gluten free. Needless to say this kids freaked.
The biggest baby about all this was definitely me though. I called the place and got new pizzas sent over and they kindly added a couple of free pizzas for next time.
Don’t get between a fat man and his pizza. Really, the confession is I feel like an ass over all this but I want to keep that a secret haha
PS. I can understand going with the gluten free option if you cannot have gluten but if your preference is gluten free there is something seriously, seriously wrong with you.

I’ll try to keep the creepiness factor to a minimum here, but as a long time gym attendee I long ago came to the conclusion that girls/women who lift and are all-around badasses at the gym are almost universally attractive. I am not talking about the ones who seem to be ingesting HGH or male hormones for whatever reason, because yuck.
Why is this? In part it is the obvious aesthetic reasons. But it also has something to do with confidence, I think.
I’ll say it the magical anabolic window has to be one of the most over stated things around.
