I am notorious for grabbing 2 or 3 similar items off the shelf so I can do line by line comparisons on the nutrition facts and see where they vary. And itās interesting to see the strategy different companies/diets undertake. Ketoās trick is to swap carbs with saturated fats: low fat has more sugar, low carb will jack up sugar alcohols, etc etc.
Doesnāt disgust me, I just have certain ideas of foods that work in my head that I find hard to shift.
