I confess that the smores poptart was fantastic, transported me right back to my childhood, and that it was INCREDIBLY difficult to stop at just 1. So much so that I put the remaining one in a ziplock bag with the potential promise of having it some other time in my life.
I also confess I treated myself to a new power rack after 12 years of faithful service from my TDS one. I have finally started bending the safety pins on it, and it needs replacing. I sprung for the Titan T-3 rack with some goodies on it. Happy birthday to me.
And I confess I snapped this selfie after a 0300 workout as a means to celebrate being a total silver fox in my now officially mid-30s
Couldnāt stand it anymore so got out of bed and made a protein drink because I was starving. Then remembered I bought whole milk for the first time this year. So double scoop whole milk shake. Then realized I bought pasta for meal prep tomorrow.
Currently waiting on my noodles to cook before I drown them in vodka sauce and eat them in bed binging Netflix.
He doesnāt have the roid jaw. Reddit already debunked this long ago. Damn angry natties!
EDIT:
Ok, background:
Some dumbass on reddit posted a pic of @T3hPwnisher in a ānatty or notā forum a couple of years ago and they were arguing about his natty status because of his size and deadlift IIRC. It sparked off a debate where people defending him were saying he didnāt have the āsteroid jawlineā or something. It got hilarious, with people further arguing that itās only because he didnāt use growth hormone.
Ok I found it. Use his username on his mythical strength page and add ānattyā.
āIām saying natty. His jaw looks weak and natty, his chest matches his numbers, tree trunk core, delts match ohp. Guy could be using test. Hard to tell.ā
Iām more interested in your insights. 99.9% of the patients Iāve had on that med donāt do exercise of any kind. Itās great stuff - keeps those coronary arteries open. Makes sense that it would dialate peripheral vascular system and make for painful pumps. And possibly erection?
Itās fine lol. I have a banker friend with that same haircut. Of course, he combs it properly at work but ties it into a bun when weāre out casually. Dudeās in his late 30s btw.
