I know this thread tends to veer off and become The Flame-Free Kvetching Thread pretty often, but it’s expected that the forum will show at least a modicum of respect for the coaches and contributors here, nevermind one who’s also a longtime personal friend of the guy who runs this site.
Any gripes or skepticism about Dr. Darden’s work should be addressed to him directly or taken to another site.

Edit: to clarify, I think my older cousins (the Big guys I looked up to when I was just a wee skyz,) had his posters, along with Arnold and a bunch of others in their weight room when I was like 5-6 years old, so like late 70’s.

What’s the point of any of these forums? They are exactly whatever it is we make them to be. Ideally, the forum expert isn’t creating the threads but that’s what happens when you start up a new forum, the alternative is to hope it starts to magically become active on its own. I’m sure it will get its own legs.

It’s like rain on your wedding day.
I legit did a full cup of egg whites mixed in with 3/4 cup of pumpkin spice cheerios and 3/4 cup pumpkin spice special K with a protein scoop of naked PB as my pre-workout meal yesterday. It was amazing, and I apologize to no one for my love of pumpkin spice. I want to train more just so I can eat that meal again, haha.
Edit: Forgot the pumpkin spice rice crispy treat too, haha
