Off topic… i admit I’m lazy as shit with direct conditioning work . Partially when I do introduce it into the mix its starts wearing on me. Which had me kinda of perplex…am I really in that bad of conditioning or old that some added conditioning work on top of lifting would start wearing on me? Yeah I got the answer when I used the health app on my new phone at work yesterday. It has a pretty accurate step counter … i was surprised.

That’s interesting. I so badly wanted to call him out, but I thought:
a) don’t feed the troll
b) @pecsmex might find it patronizing if we assume she needs protection when she can clearly take care of herself
On reflection, it’s not that she or anyone can’t sort it out, it’s just that we shouldn’t allow that kind of crap onto our forums.

Although I’m generally a huge proponent of free speech, I agree. Tnation at this point is more of a community and communities need to have ground rules and mutual respect
IMO, borderline sexual approaches to anyone regardless of gender are disrespectful unless explicitly solicited, ( ie OP asks something along the lines of “what do you guys think 
)
As a poli-sci person, I have to point out that this is EXACTLY free speech. It’s not a government organization coming down and saying “If you say this, you are imprisoned”: it’s the COMMUNITY coming together and saying “If you say this, you will be shunned and shamed”.
That’s free speech working PERFECTLY: you can say whatever you want, and you suffer the repercussions of saying those things via society. T-nation is nailing it.

Remember you do have the option of flagging a post if its truly of questionable content. Im pretty sure …someone might have flagged one of the comments on the given thread making Chris aware of a possible issue… only if we knew.

I chose not to get involved. I didn’t feel like it was my place to decide for the OP how to react since I don’t know her. If it were me or my family, I’d definitely flag and call out. This thread is more of a general opinion thread so I decided to input my opinion

Thats the part I have always had a issue with… maybe its a generational thing or the social background I come from. But damn come on… in what real world setting is some scrawny kid is going to talk shit toward someone who could tear them in half? ( be it actually physical or on experience, putting it more into context for on here)guess the term learn to pick your battles doesn’t apply when behind a key board.

In what real world setting could you see someone who can bench 135lbs. Approach some walking bull that can hit 6 plates. Proceed to tell the bull he’s doing it wrong and his approach is stupid .Then be shocked and cry victim when the bull tells him to fuck off.
Most of these people are so terrified of basic human interaction that they’d never approach another person period, let alone correct them.
But behind a keyboard, they are kings.
