I just cheat by taking dehydrated morning pictures with okay-ish lighting. Maybe do a few sit ups and band curls first. Clearly need to catch up with the times and learn some photoshop

ABC said that his daughters were with him. Not sure if they jumped the gun or if true.
Damn, that really sucks. Some reports that his teenage daughter was in the helicopter too.
He’s one of maybe five or six basketball players I’ve heard of. Is that like the equivalent of someone like Messi dying?

He’s one of the best NBA players ever and one of the first athletes I started actively following. Mainly because he started his career when I was 9 and I followed through my childhood.

- Broke my knee again. Decided to do upper body work

Hammer Curls- 135lbs dumbbells x 20
And then two days later he’d somehow gain 100 pounds on all his lifts
