As it turns out, Iām actually 93.8 as of this morning, but grill night was just two nights ago and I havenāt been sleeping well so Iām probably still holding onto some water
Iāve had this wake me up in the middle of the night more times than Iād like to admit. Mostly in college when Iād go way overboard with physical exertion - training session followed by cardio followed by 4 hours of table tennis practice. At that point thereās not enough pedialyte in my state to get things back to normal before I went to bed.

Only played 4 hours of THAAAT kind of table tennis once, when I was 16, and it made me never wanna drink again for a few weeks. ![]()

Quick weight loss tip: fast most of the day, drink two bottles of Trappist Dubbel, a bottle of merlot and a lot of rum. My shoulders are pretty clunky. No pain but I know itāll add up in a decade or less so thought it wouldnāt be a bad idea. And if it doesnāt help with longevity itāll supposedly help me get stronger anyway.

The little girl (5 year old) next door did something similar last weekend. She actually said āI love this and Iām going to eat the whole thing.ā, then proceeded to do exactly that.
She only weighs like 40 lbs. or something, then threw down like a gallon of watermelon.
