As it turns out, I’m actually 93.8 as of this morning, but grill night was just two nights ago and I haven’t been sleeping well so I’m probably still holding onto some water

I’ve had this wake me up in the middle of the night more times than I’d like to admit. Mostly in college when I’d go way overboard with physical exertion - training session followed by cardio followed by 4 hours of table tennis practice. At that point there’s not enough pedialyte in my state to get things back to normal before I went to bed.

Only played 4 hours of THAAAT kind of table tennis once, when I was 16, and it made me never wanna drink again for a few weeks. :face_vomiting:

You might also be gaining some muscle, since you’re eating protein and exercising.

When my dad came back his freshman year of college, my grandpa decided it would be funny to have him compete with my uncle in a baijiu (Chinese liquor) drinking contest
My uncle ended with a permanent stomach ulcer and couldn’t drink since :joy:

Quick weight loss tip: fast most of the day, drink two bottles of Trappist Dubbel, a bottle of merlot and a lot of rum. You’ll throw up all over the apartment at around 2am, attempt to clean it up, fall over in it and pop your shoulder out, put it back in without really feeling it then shower and finish cleaning. After all that, you wake up about 6lbs lighter than the day before.

Er… a friend told me about it.

Maybe it’s gztting older but I haven’t puked in quite a while. I get sick physically and I can’t drink anymore before I puke

Confession: in the spirit of ā€œtreat yo selfā€ I put stimulus funds toward a shoulderok.

My shoulders are pretty clunky. No pain but I know it’ll add up in a decade or less so thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea. And if it doesn’t help with longevity it’ll supposedly help me get stronger anyway.

I’ve gone crazy on carbs these past two days :sweat_smile:
yesterday featured 1200kcal of watermelon
Today, I’ve had 8 cups of honeydew and 4tbsp of honeycomb

Watermelon is around 30 calories per 100 gr. So you ate 4 kilos??? You’re now pregnant with fruit.

I basically had about 1/2 of a watermelon that weighed in the neighborhood of 15-20lbs :sweat_smile:
The friends that bring over ribs brought it over yesterday and I just couldn’t resist… I swear they’re trying to get me fat :rofl:
Somehow, I weighed in almost 2lbs down this morning

Is fruit similar to veg in that the calories it doesn’t really count?

The little girl (5 year old) next door did something similar last weekend. She actually said ā€œI love this and I’m going to eat the whole thing.ā€, then proceeded to do exactly that.

She only weighs like 40 lbs. or something, then threw down like a gallon of watermelon.
