Great job man, a lot of people bulk and can’t manage to shred down like you did.
Just personal opinion, you should run emphasis on your legs for a month or two, just to bring them out, will definitely help with your career.
Everything looks good, definitely hit your back on stage more or longer periods of time because that is your strong point.
I’m not sure if it’s genetics but your biceps look like they are lagging, look into bringing them out some.
Just constructive critz.
Just a quick question because I like to get peoples opinions. When did you eat your carbs? Spaced thru out the day, immediately post workout, etc… ?
Thanks for all the feedback. Legs have been an emphasis since I started cutting, but unfortunately when I was gaining I was training them like a retard…a la HP mass and doing shit like 12 sets of 3 speed sets of trap bar deadlift or some shit. Not much I can do while still cutting =/
Biceps I’m aware are lagging. I’m still trying to figure that out.
Carbs were split up evenly over my first 5 meals usually…with the exception of nights with a cheat meal. I never worried about timing or quality tbh. I was nazi strict on protein and fat sources, but ate any carb sources that fit my macros. Lately I’ve been really into Special K cereal bars.
Here is what my coach current has me doing for biceps. Its training for the pump/FST7 idea.
SUPERSET:
Barbell Curl 6 reps
Incline DB Curl 10 Reps
Hammer Curl (w/ cheat if needed) 15 reps
All of this is done as one set. Rest 4-5 minutes before doing the next set. 3 sets total.
I haven’t been using this method for very long, so I can’t tell you how much success I’ve had with it. I have loved training this way because it’s freakin’ hard. Just my suggestion, if you want to give it a try.

Wow KB, that means alot coming from you! I’m still not happy with my arms tbh, and I know that’s kinda your forte. Would you be willing to look at my arms workout and give some input?
Sounds interesting for sure, but 4-5 minutes in between each set?
Seems like alot

Cool. So I actually have two different workouts which I run every 5 days alternating to break the monotony.

2.Machine overhead ext.: 15, 12, 10, 8
Bis
1.Machine preacher curl: 3x8, 8+8 drop (1 sec squeeze); 60 sec rest
2.BB curls: 3x10 (3 sec negative)
3.Rev. DB curls: 2x20
Arms 2:
Tris
1.Rope Pushdown: 3x12
2.EZ Bar skull Crushers: 3x15
3.Close-grip pushups: 2 to failure
Bis
1.EZ Bar Curls: 5x8 (1 sec squeeze at top)
2.DB Hammer Curls: 3x8 (1 sec squeeze at top)

It’s definitely needed after 3 straight exercises. You will be too pumped to lift much if you reduced it to anything less than 3 minutes. 25 lb DB’s become pretty difficult on the 3rd “set”
Bodyweight has dropped as low as 176.2, but is back up to 180.3 this morning in these shots. I’ve dropped to zero cardio and increased cals and carbs a bit…doing a cheat every 5 days now. I feel like I look leaner at the higher weight actually!
