First Timer, 12 Years Working Out

Sigh, i wasn’t gonna post this one up but you pushed the button. I’m not gonna all lie and say i’m the biggest guy, cuz i’m not and i know it. But i know i’ve been making serious gains because within those 3 years, my weight went from 170 to 215 while maintaining body fat at around 10% or lower. The following is the improvement in lifts.

Bench : 175 to 315
Deadlift : 255 to 455
Full Squat : 195 to 345

On a side note, i did say seriously lifting in terms of being consistent. However, i didn’t lift ‘smart’ for the first 2 years.

Like i said, i’m not an advanced lifter or anything, but i sure look a lot better than you and know better not to post up at RMP just yet. So tell me, what have you done in the past 12 years? I mean, ru kidding me?

If it makes you feel better to try and put me down, by all means…go ahead. Still doesn’t change the fact that you are a total loser and all other T-Nation members’ posts seem to agree with me. Dumb ass.

Btw, last time i checked, they don’t make 45 lbs plates in pink.

anyway, those lift numbers homie put up there arent even that crazy, and he doesnt look exactly tiny, so you must be joking about your BS calling

and seriously but not smart isnt surprising. a lot of people can train shitty and hard and make gains. training smart can take you to the next level

Thanks Poetikaal. I was trying to be serious and actually posted a honest reply, but i don’t think Solid1974 buys it. My numbers aren’t that great…for you to make it sound like 315 is such an incredible accomplishment tells me you don’t lift much.

Second, if you’ve been on T-Nation, how could you not know what it means when someone trains seriously but not smart? Are you serious? Just to let you know, what i meant was that i’ve been hitting the gym without the knowledge of training properly or efficiently.

I had the mental power to be consistent and give effort, however, i wasn’t aware of proper nutrition, good programs, and all other useful information this website provides.

And i already admitted i’m not the biggest guy out there…but if you really think that i have no muscle, ur just in denial. Get over the fact that you suck and just hit the gym and lift heavy. I’m certain that if you stick to it hardcore and give the effort, the next year or two will blow away what you did for the past 12 years.

PS : in my initial post, i just wanted to chump you out. But i want you to know that my lifts aren’t lies. there are plenty of people out there who made even greater gains than i have within 3 years.

maybe the reason your chest looks like its deflated and flat is because you tried to bench 315, only to drop it on your chest, causing that weird reverse convex look…keep posting more bullshit max numbers…its like a never ending joke on yourself

I’ll be honest. It really doesn’t look like you bench 315. But you can’t always judge someones strength by size. I dunno about your DL, can’t see your back. Traps don’t look that big. Which with a 455 DL you would expect some decent size traps. I’m not a strength or numbers heckler though. Just saying what I think from what I can see.

Maybe i’ll post up some other pics. But I was around 205 or so in that pic and that was toward the end of my fat loss period over the last summer. I didn’t hit 315 until November of 08, and my bodyweight at the time was 220. I had a 25 lbs gain on my bench since July.

With your skinny forearms, I dont think you could even hold on to the bar on a 455 DL. It doesn’t take a genius to see your bullshittin’ on your numbers.

Kinda funny to think you made thread earlier about people lying about their max lifts…now your being called out for bogus lift numbers…hahahah
