Thanks Poetikaal. I was trying to be serious and actually posted a honest reply, but i don’t think Solid1974 buys it. My numbers aren’t that great…for you to make it sound like 315 is such an incredible accomplishment tells me you don’t lift much.
Second, if you’ve been on T-Nation, how could you not know what it means when someone trains seriously but not smart? Are you serious? Just to let you know, what i meant was that i’ve been hitting the gym without the knowledge of training properly or efficiently.
I had the mental power to be consistent and give effort, however, i wasn’t aware of proper nutrition, good programs, and all other useful information this website provides.
And i already admitted i’m not the biggest guy out there…but if you really think that i have no muscle, ur just in denial. Get over the fact that you suck and just hit the gym and lift heavy. I’m certain that if you stick to it hardcore and give the effort, the next year or two will blow away what you did for the past 12 years.
PS : in my initial post, i just wanted to chump you out. But i want you to know that my lifts aren’t lies. there are plenty of people out there who made even greater gains than i have within 3 years.[/quote]
I’ll be honest. It really doesn’t look like you bench 315. But you can’t always judge someones strength by size. I dunno about your DL, can’t see your back. Traps don’t look that big. Which with a 455 DL you would expect some decent size traps. I’m not a strength or numbers heckler though. Just saying what I think from what I can see.
