You see, here is where you’ve missed the point of the previous posts. You can’t defend your diet. The reason? It’s not working. You have said so yourself. So many skinny guys have been where you are before. Basically, here is how this conversation always goes:

You: I can’t gain weight no matter what.
Me: You aren’t eating enough.
You: Oh, I eat a ton.
Me: Are you gaining weight?
You: No
Me: Then you aren’t eating enough
You: But I eat a ton
Me: Are you gaining weight?
You: No
Me: Then you aren’t eating enough.
Rinse and repeat.

Believe me, I was the “You” in that conversation a while back. And I weighed less than you. So I ate more. And when that didn’t work, I ate more. And then one day I woke up and I wasn’t 130lbs but 220lbs. Not huge but that’s 90lbs gain, no cycle involved. Really, Bonez has laid it out. Just eat more. 4000 calories not working? Try 6000. 6000 not working. Try 8000. Not working? Go see a doctor or be honest. Anyway, you don’t need a cycle to gain right now. You just need a fork. No insult, just truth.

Oh, and Bonez you bastard. I am just about to head out to the garage and train and I read the menu you listed. Now I am effin starving and I have to go train. Bastard.

If you want to get on the gear get some Beefabol. 3 doses a day of that shit and you’ll be lifting stones and shitting logs.

I’m kinda surprised no one has asked what kind of training you’re doing. If you really are getting around 4500cal a day and not gaining shit there is a good chance your training program is shit.

I had a friend who said the same thing and I didn’t believe him so I watched him eat for a day and he was right. Then I found out he’s doing like 5 sets of 20 of everything and running 4-5 miles a day. So what does your training look like?

EDIT: And Bonez is right, I’m getting over 300grams of protein a day and I’m only eating around 2700. At 4000+ you should have WAY more than what you do.
