Don’t use Deca. Its russian roulette. Use NPP instead.

I wouldn’t recommend using deca unless you are on TRT. And especially not if you don’t have a good PCT protocol in place which you don’t seem to be too concerned about.

Testosterone and a caloric surplus. You could add in an oral such as dbol.
Basically any AAS can be used for bulking/cutting/maintaining since they all offer similar advantages over being natural. Some are a bit more effective than others. The more effective ones usually come with greater side effects. It depends on how many side effects you’re willing to take and your end goal.

You already did two test cycles. This is elementary stuff which you should already be acquainted with.
