First Superdrol Run

Mennotinblack,

That actually sounds pretty awesome/difficult so ill give it a go next week for sure. Also, the picture isnt showing up!

if your superdrol is legit you should be noticing weight/strength gains very soon if not already

Actually Im at work right now (an on-campus job so its bull****) and I’ve been lifting boxes full of books and my arms are PUMPED hard. Like veins all the way down my forearm pumped. When I try to touch my shoulder, I cant reach it. So i think its safe to say its kicking in haha. At least I hope so!

Shoulders look nice but if i may add, do more lats. Reverse grip bent over rows with a slow tempo. Squeeze every back workout. Great pumps

I know my lats are lacking real bad. I try and hit them as hard as I can but can’t seem to get them to grow how I want which really gets me mad haha. Ive got to try and feel the “squeeze” a lot more when I workout my back for sure though

Alright so today is Day 6.

This morning I woke up much more hungry than usual, and had an overall elevated feeling of well-being which I really like. Its helping me get through class in this crummy weather out here. Im definitely loosing the definition in my abs, but that is honestly the least of my worries right now. All i worry about is putting on some quality mass. Im not trying to impress anyone with abs anyways. My weight is also up about 3 pounds as well.

I’m moving my chest day to today due to school, work, and spreading it out a little bit from shoulders. Ill post back here later when I finish up my workout

Something is fishy…I have no back pumps at all. Energy and endurance is up, but the weight gain is very minimal and absolutely no back pumps. zero. Now Im skeptical

Anyone else ever run superdrol with no back pumps? I thought that was pretty unavoidable…

DAY 6: Chest-- decline bench, incline bench, flat bench, incline DB flyes, flat DB flyes, cable flyes, dips, pec deck

Energy was definitely increased, hungry up a LITTLE, definitely showing some aggression (or noticing it I should say), yet no real weight gain besides water around my torso.

To say the least I’m a little bit disappointed. I’m gonna up my calories tomorrow by 650 with an extra meal in between classes. I know this sounds dumb but I want to feel the back pumps!!!

Well, what exactly did you expect from superdrol only and 3k calories? Up the calories to 4k, add some test, and watch magic happening. But you sure as hell must eat more.

EdIT: If I am right, you are taking 200 grams of protein. Make that 300 hundred.Make the carbs 500. Keep fats the same. Boom, 4k calories.

^this

Well I don’t have access to test right now, but Im defintely going to bump up my calories quite a bit this week. Will post tonight after my lift along with a picture!

Also, I don’t know if you have noticed it, but it seems you have a bit of gyno.

Yeah it does look like that but I dont actually.

No puffiness, itching, lumps, pain, or leakage when i squeeze them. Ill keep an eye on it though.

Yeah don’t worry about what he just said. Bodybuilders often think the slightest nipple fat is gyno. Everything has to be skin tight to them. Ive had gyno from puberty and ph, and bro you do not have it one “tit”

Thanks for the studies. Keep us posted on progress.

Sorry for not posting yesterday guys. I was pretty busy at work and with school.

On Thursday I did shoulder which was a pretty average workout for me.

Quick warmup followed by
DB Seated Military Presses 80lbsx10, 90lbsx10, 100x6
DB Lateral Raises 30lbsx10, 35x10, 40lbsx8
DB Rear Delt Raises 20lbsx10, 20lbsx10, 20lbsx10
Rear Delt Flyes 160x12, 200x10, 210x10
BB Upright Rows 135x14, 185x 6, 185x 6

Good news is that I was finally feeling it (day 7) and the pumps have been pretty awesome too. I have a really elevated mood too which is obviously never a bad thing. I feel like i can keep training nonstop and basically just live at the gym haha. Ill post my workout for today later on
