First Steroid Cycle (Winstrol)

I am thinking about doing a cycle of winstrol.

  • Its my first cycle

  • I’m 21 years old 5’7" 130lbs and 6.5%bf

  • I’ve been training (compound lifts with well learned technique) on and of for a year

  • I do not smoke, and I seldom if ever drink alcohol

  • I follow Chad Waterbury’s TB workout 3 days a week.

  • My cycle plan would be: inj 50mg(1cc)/winnie every second day in the morning for 3 or 4 weeks.

  • I want to put on a quick base, look better, be faster and stronger for the summer.

  • I plan to do workout either 1. total body every other day(when i take the winnie)and do sprinting and other exercises on in between days. or 2. total body workouts everyday for six days a week with doing sprints.

QUESTIONS

  1. Will I still be able to make natural gains just as fast after the cycle as I could before the cycle?
  2. If I maintain going to the gym 3 days a week doing tb workouts and eating healthy will I keep my results?
  3. from friends experiences, as well as my own research I have found that a 3 or 4 week cycle does not require pct. Is this true?
  4. Does this sound like a safe cycle that will result in some decent gains?

Please comment on this, and make any recommendations that you can. I am willing to learn and I’m Very curious. Thank you

130lbs…sigh. That’s the first problem. You weigh the same as a girl. You are nowhere near developed enough to even think about steroids.

And Winny only as a first cycle? Did you even research?

You’re willing to learn? DO some research, learn how to gain weight naturally before you jump on the gear. Steroids will accelerate your progress, but you must be gaining in the first place!

I’ve seen people run cycles and only gain 1 or 2kgs, only to loose it on cessation…you won’t get very far.

My suggestion is, improve your diet, improve your training, at a mere 130lbs it should be EASY to get bigger…steroids won’t help you get very far at all, you have no base, so build one bro!

I agree with lifteatsleep completely. I know you’re anxious, as I was at that age, but do more research. Just to give you an idea, I did my first cycle at age 21. The difference was I had already been training seriously since age 16 and weighed 180lbs at 6% bf and I’m 5’8". AAS should be started when you feel you have reached your full potential naturally and not before. Just take your time bro.

What exactly are your goals? At your weight and height I cant imagine you have great genetics and trying to get all big and buff could be very frustrating. Have you ever tried cycling or running?
On the other hand as some of the guys have already mentioned you could also try eating something.

If your hell bent on doing anything research testosterone.

But like everyone said …train mother fucker train (eat big + sleep big + train big = get big) Get a base and then try AAS. Its like putting the cart before the horse.

If you don’t take these guys advice, you will get big (assuming you lift and eat right), then you will lose it all because your body can’t handle it after you come off. Build a base man, come back after you put on 30-50 pounds naturally.

#1. Start 2 a days using Metzer HIT programs. It’s old school but hardcore.

#2. Eat everything in sight. The goal for you isnt staying lean… it’s gaining whatever you can.

#3. At 21 your T levels should be high, so no reason to start and then shut off your testes… cuz guess what, when you cycle you are shutting off your nads for a while for some gains that last til they start up again. Wait til you are in your late 20’s.

#4. 3 days a week? you are a joke! when you get serious let me know.
