First Post

Ive been reading topics on this site for a while and decided to post after reading a thread that I could contribute to.
Ive been a national rep athlete, forced out by injury, Im a fitness lover and work in the sport/ physical therapy / health area

Did yoga, cardio, lifted heavy stuff etc.
Im currently studying to further my career, needless to say Im not in prime condition and to be honest I use this site to keep motivated.

Im currently doing rehab for a shoulder complex injury in Feb.

Hi Ive been reading this post for a while and decided to post on this thread that I cant contribute to.
I have never been a national rep athlete I have never been forced out by injury im not a fitness lover and I dont work

I have not done yoga I have lifted heavy and done cardio

Im currently in rehab for being slow
“spelling”

Hi, I was scanning the site for a while when I happened upon a thread that I could not be of any assistance in and decided it would be a nice place to post that I am also not a national rep athlete who has been forced out of injury.

I am currently in rehab for being fucking crazy.

The brotherhood of iron thread in the get a life forum can be a motivational read…

I am not a former competitive athlete either, since that seems to be the criteria for responding.

I’ve also been reading topics on this site for a while and decided to respond to this topic because it’s more interesting than working, though much less interesting than any other post on this site.

I felt left out

Whats a national rep athlete?

I have been a competitive athlete, even on a national level, it was a very small nation though.

Therefore I do not qualify to post on this thread.

Sorry.

Forgot that I was not forced out by injury, so I guess my post belongs here.

nice post keep up the hard work

I too am not a former national rep athelete forced out by injury. I suggest you eat more and reduce your bf%. Less cardio and more running would help build injury prevention loss gain.

My first post was simply somewhere to start with a bit of background info.

The thread I contributed to was in Get a Life (Off Topic) Stupid anatomy question, for those of you that are actually interested.

National rep, means representing your country.

In regards to my body compisition im female 164cm, 59kg and aprox 20% bf. That up from 57kg w 15% bf in 2004.

Im not on this site to have battles, bitch or get hassled. Im just happy to find a site that so far appears to open and supportive to females that are more interested in muscle tone than the waif look and are working thier bodies.

…sorry neph, stole your line that you stole from Joey, couldn’t resist.

Hey darlin,

Why don’t you tell us about yourself.
Since your a female we would love to hear all about it.

Don’t let those mean ol “they are nice to her cause she’s a dumb ol girl” bother you. Some pretty little thing probably knocked them down on the play ground one day and they just can’t get over it.
Either that or they have mommy issues.

LOL!

Yes Im a chick.
I represent the great south land.
Im Aussie, dont drink beer but love a hot BBQ.

Thanks for the welcome. Might “run into” some of you on one of the many threads.

For the record Ive already got a man that lifts heavy stuff, he complains im too light for lifting so sorry fellas.
